“Superb. Incredible experience from beginning to end. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check in and the sauna was sublime. Great views, excellent facilities and a perfect setting. Watching the sunset from a cold plunge was a delight”

“Very clean efficient facility. We went on a really hot day so the plunge tubs could do with being cooler but the man explained there’s a future plan to sort this out.”

“fantastic, but shame about the bar below pumping out thumping music that took the edge of the sauna calm. pick your time to avoid busy times at the bar.”

“Sauna itself was amazing. Plunge and waterfall were great. Staff were a bit blunt Facilities were a bit lacking - toilet was a bit dingy and a hair dryer wouldn’t go amiss”

“Had such a lovely time at the Rooftop Saunas Hackney. The decour of the bespoke designed cabins was premium and pleasing to the eye. The view of East London was soothing. The smells, the cleanilness, the ease of checking in, it all it the spot for me. What really hit the spot though, was was their bespoke customer service - the day before, they called me to let me know that my booking would need to be rescheduled due to a cabin being faulty. I instead requested a refund (since it was booked as a birthday treat, and so therefore would not be relveant any other day). The attentive lady over the phone asked me to give her two minutes and she will try and see if someone else is willing to reschedule. A moment later, she returned the call to say my booking can still go ahead. I was so pleased because it was my partner's 40th, and she has expressed interest in going here since they recently opened their doors. This level of customer service (instead of the robotic, rigid type we see more and more with businesses these days) is really what felt like the icing on the cake. In the end, we had such a fantastic day and it was all due to a little bit of human-touch, which I think will make any business go far.”

“An excellent idea and wonderful way to spend the afternoon. The complimentary drinks and oils were a great little touch. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the 1 hr timer was started while still explaining so by the time I had changed and actually entered the sauna it was already 9 minutes into the session. Everything else including the staff was lovely.”

“Thank you to Rooftop Sausa for the warm welcome, it was our first visit, and Stuff was very friendly and informative. We liked our visit, The Sauna and all the surrounding areas were clean, and there were options of Beverages and soft drinks. We highly recommend visiting RooftopSaunas.”
