Easy to use, good site, good price compared to elsewhere and a great product. Delivered with no fuss, got a one hour slot on the day so I could nip home from work. Recommended.

This feedback is actually for your delivery company. The service I've had from Room to Grow has been excellent, but you are completely let down by the delivery company you use. I was contacted on 24/04 to arrange a delivery slot, and was offered 26/04. This was not suitable, as my husband and I work full time and couldn't arrange time off at such short notice. I was told that they don't do evening or weekend delivery. I suggested w/c 28/05, as my husband is a teacher and would be off work all this week. I emailed the week before as I hadn't heard anything, and was assured I would be contacted to arrange a time and date. I called today (29/05) as I still hadn't heard, only to be told that there are no slots available this week. I cannot understand how there are no slots available, when I requested delivery this week over a month ago, and followed up with an email last week. I will have to take a day's holiday next week, as the only day they have available in the near future is Thursday 7th June. This is extremely annoying when my husband is off all this week and could have taken delivery any day. When you are spending upwards of £500 on a product, there should be some flexibility on the part of the supplier regarding when it is delivered. I have no issue with Room to Grow, but I would be put off buying from this site again unless something is done about this extremely frustrating delivery situation.

Delivered at arranged time. Took 2 people 6 hours to put together. End result looks solid but we will wait to see after a few sleeps. Had to make a trip to screw fix for more dowel plugs. Not enough were sent in the packages. Fingers crossed all will be well it looks very nice.

Good mattress with enough support for toddler onwards. Will need to be replaced as child gets heavier but that will be a while yet.

The service from Room to Grow was very good, they dealt with an issue arising from the payment quickly & efficiently. They also kept me informed with delivery dates/times. The courier company they use though could be much better, late delivery & bad attitude.

The bed is nice quality but the standardised way each piece is produced means there are extra holes everywhere that even when covered with the caps spoil the overall effect. The L shape bunk beds are simply a high bunk and single bed. They are not joined in any way and should be advertised as such, this is actually a benefit but it made the instructions very confusing without this information. The beds do take a good 4 hours to assemble, with 2 people so maybe paying the £155 for assembly might be worth it. My biggest complaint though were the delivery drivers who turned up earlier than had been told and dumped the boxes, which are extremely heavy, with a neighbour instead of putting them in the room that had been prepared.

I made a purchase by phone, as the website would not allow me to make a purchase, as I live in the US. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Perhaps including the facility for international customers to make purchases on the website is something for Room To Grow to consider?

The bed is very solidly made in an elegant style and my daughter loves it. The assembly instructions were well written in clear English with useful diagrams.

The components were very well packaged but they needed to be as they arrived with footprints all over them, in a rusty old white van driven by a scruffy looking man with mud all over his shoes. The delivery firm (Specialist Delivery Services Ltd) provided absolutely no customer service at all, expecting us to fit in with when they might feel like delivering with virtually no notice, whilst managing to make inappropriate remarks about the area we live in. Room to Grow's customer services did take these comments seriously but it's surprising they still use that firm when it sounds like they regularly let them down like this.

We ordered the Brooklyn vintage wardrobe and desk for our sons bedroom, came on time and was quick to assemble. We loved it so much we ordered another set for our other sons room!

I've waited a month to write this review so we can properly test our purchase. You get what you pay for and you get a really good well built product here. We bought a new bedroom (bed, drawers, wardrobe and bed side cabinet) for my little boy and he loves his new bedroom. These will last for a very long time. Really happy with our choice.

Great communication at customer service, extreamly helpful. Originally I ordered a mattress that was going to take at least 12-28 days to arrive, so they suggested a mattress that as juts as good that would arrive the same time as the bed. Extreamly good quality, my only complaint would be that the bed is an off White that was supposed to be white. Mine look so more like cream!
