Room to go were great. I ordered two children's beds unfortunately one turned up in the wrong colour but after ringing room to grow was sorted and delivered the next day. Assembly was well worth paying for !

Delivery didn't turn up on the right day as arranged and even then the shelf which was supposed to come with it still hasn't been delivered 2 weeks later.

I recommend Room to Grow; their delivery was prompt and I was kept up-to-date with by the driver, he even offered to take the packages up stairs for me.

Good quality product and no problems with delivery. The headroom of the lower bunk is on the low side, so may not be suitable for older children.

Bed was missing a part - spoke to customer service who assured me the part would be sent out straight away. Still waiting... slats also extremely difficult to get flush with side bed panels - not the best experience so far.

Fantastic bed and pull out desk - 9 year old daughter loves it. Assembly fairly straight forward, as with everything, read the instructions carefully and you will be fine. Very pleased with this

Missing parts still not delivered 2 weeks later and mattresses was mouldy when it arrived - no new cover has been sent yet. Seriously unimpressed.

Room to grow have been great no issues with them but the delivery service they use isn't that great. I received a call asking could they deliver wednesday. I informed them I was in work but off Thursday and Friday. They asked me could one of my neighbours take the delivery! I told them normal size packages yes but I can't ask them to take a bed! They then told me they didn't know if they could deliver Thursday or Friday as they wern't sure if they would be in our area. I have never had this issue before and wasn't happy that they were holding the bed. They did end up delivering Friday because they were in my area. One guy turned up, wearing flip flops and did manage the bed on his own but there should have been two delivery men. Think room to grow need to look at changing there delivery company.

Website not very clear to order from. So I ordered the incorrect items. I couldn?t return the item due to hygiene reasons but there was no warning that the mattress I ordered didn?t fit the bed I ordered. When ordering on the website this was the first mattress that came up as recommended for the bedframe I was ordering. Spent £300 more than I wanted and needed to in the end to rectify the problem. Delivery was great and the product is okay.

Great service. I have ordered 3 sets of complete bedroom furniture over the years and been pleased with them all. This time I ordered the wrong sized mattress, but my fault - not theirs!
