“Order arrived quite quickly but unfortunately when removing a label the paint came off. I contacted Room To Grow who were apologetic & said they would replace the part that was damaged, in the interim they offered to send a small pot of pot, again this arrived pretty quickly, this was around 23 June, sadly we have not had any further contact from them with regard to a delivery date.”

“Brilliant! Lovely product. Ordered kids matching bed wardrobe and bedside table and they're perfect for my 18 month old and will last him for many years as they are solid wood. We have another baby on the way and I plan on buying from Room to Grow again! Also very quick delivery.”

“Service was good but product not! We bought it for use by grandchildren (aged only 3) and they slept in it for the first time this past weekend. After the lower trundle was pulled out for the occasion and pushed back yesterday, it is showing a decided buckle. Also the knobs/handles aren't up to pulling out the lower bed, which is difficult to do. I'm away from home for a while a meant to forward a photo but didn't have time yesterday, after grandchildren (& family) left. I'll look at it again when home, but please forward my concerns/reservations to the manufacturer.”

“All has been good! Delivery of the mattress was done separately, to my surprise. Assembly and instructions are very as close to IKEA as possible. Still it takes more time than one thinks. Finished product is very nice and sturdy. My daughter loved it. Only things I would improve although it is clearly not part of the original design (so it did not come as a surprise): still a few screw are apparent, but most holes are covered by stickers, and there is no shelf to put a couple of books or alarm clock.”

“Cancelled my order because of lack of customer service on delivery and the inability to give a clear timeline for when you can expect delivery apart from 'someone will call and if you aren't at home for the 1st option we'll call back sometime with another time - we are in your area once or twice a week' - we chased and chased and in the end ordered and had delivered a bed from another company by the time they came back. I'd recommend you sort this out as in this day in age the competition provides a lot more certainty on time and date of delivery plus flexibility to choose.”

As detailed on our website the pre-call typically takes places within 24 hours prior to delivery and you were offered a date which unfortunately was not convenient for you.
