Excellent sturdy bed and a super comfy mattress all at a great price. Also very fast delivery and would most definatly reccomend to friends

Very responsive and dealt with my queries and requests promptly, efficiently and with care to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The mattress was damaged in transit but RTG dealt with this very quickly and a new one was received the next day!

Order 2 sets of bunk lights the 4 days for delivery turned into 2 months, I was told that they had tried to deliver and the item was returned to depot, this happened twice no one rang no letter no email. It took a not very happy call from me to finally get this item delivered to the correct address!

Found delivery process efficient and worked around my schedule. Delivery driver was pleasant. Took me and father in law about 2 hours to build. Build quality is very good, as you would expect being made in Denmark. Would highly recommend Room to Grow.

A good quality chest that looks like it will last a lifetime! You even get wood and metal handles to choose from and we opted for the metal and they do look great.

I have ordered two Stompa beds over the last couple of years from Room to Grow. The service has been excellent on both occasions, with support over the phone and help organising delivery and build. Costs were very competitive with excellent quality products. I would fully recommend.

Terrible 6 weeks since I ordered my bed which has not arrived and you don?t even know what country it is in or when I will be getting it ?????? and You have the cheek to charge me for delivery

My son was so happy with his bed - he is 3 and autistic so the den underneath is his new fav calm place!! I?m so pleased!

I love the bed and more importantly my son loves the bed! However, the wrong box was delivered and I was unable to contact anyone about it - I ended up sorting it via live chat on the website and then I had to chase as no one contacted me for over a day about exchanging the boxes. But they did exchange the boxes before the week was out and the bed is lovely.

Great communication from the team. I had one small problem: one of the wooden panels split during the building process but one quick e-mail to the team resulted In them sending a replacement without delay.

Very poor service, I am currently awaiting a third visit to rectify poor workmanship and very poor quality furniture. Room to Grow are happy to take the payment up front but have not been helpful in resolving the issues we have had with the standard of furniture they have sold us. This furniture is expensive and i thought good quality, but this is not the case.They use an external fitting company who do not contact you with times for return visits and availability is all on their terms. For example today I am expecting a visit that they were supposed to advise in advance if it was AM or PM. I still haven't been told so have had to chase myself. They are then supposed to provide an hours notice which they haven't on the two previous occasions, so I don't hold out much hope today.

A prompt and accommodating delivery of the product which was at a very reasonable price - well worth paying the extra to get the brand name. Assembly took a while but easy to follow instructions and pieces which all fit perfectly.
