“Easy to order. Lovely product. Delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Only downfall was arrived at 6pm to construct beds so kids unable to go to bed/sleep until after 8.30pm which on a school night wasn't ideal.”

“The customer service was extremely helpful when I was measuring things up to decide what would fit in our limited space. Not sure if the delivery people are your own, but our delivery guy also deserves special mention; I realised when he was half way through the pile of stuff that he needed to carry inside that he had taken his shoes off - which I really appreciated but was by no means expecting him to do!”

“Being a reasonably practical person, the instructions to assemble the bed were quite clear and did not present any problems. There were some marks on a few parts due to careless packaging or transport issues. There were no pilot drill holes for fixing the ladder to the side rail of the bed, resulting in the mdf splitting slightly which is disappointing.”

Your furniture should arrive in good condition and you shouldn't haven experienced an issue with missing drill holes for the ladder. “Delivery was a bit of a shamble. It took longer than expected, and on the day we didn't give any more delivery info than PM. We were out for just a short while when the delivery came, and they didn't try and call me even if they had my number. In the end, when I spoke to someone, the redelivery was easier and at least we got a 4hr slot for when we needed to be in. However, most other delivery services will give you an hour slot, or at least give you a warning 30-60min before they arrive. We ordered a bed that said two people would take an hour to build. However, it took twice as long, as there were lost of places where there were no predrilled holes. Luckily, the beds look nice when they have have been built!”

Thank you for taking the time to comment. To enable us to despatch our products quickly we use the services of a third party doorstep carrier company who confirm whether it will be an AM or PM delivery. It is such a shame that you were out during the afternoon when they were due to arrive. We are always looking at ways in which to improve our services and we hope to add to our delivery options in the near future. I am sorry to hear that you were mislead with the assembly time of the bunk bed and I am unsure where this information came from, but it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Finally, it is very unusual to hear that some of the parts did not have pre-drilled holes and had we been made aware then we would of course sent out replacement parts immediately. It is wonderful to hear that you are now enjoying your new bunk bed. Best Wishes, RTG.

“Great customer service. Fast delivery. Great bed, lots of storage space underneath. My six year old son just loves it he said " best bed in the world!" Easy to build, mostly by one person, only at a couple of points did it require support from a second person.”

“Delivered fairly promptly, though not much notice given. All the items are good, but all missing bits, screws, dowel etc which makes putting them together a total nightmare.”

“This is a great value mid sleeper bunker, great for my 4 year old. It's a bit wobbly when he moves around on it but generally sturdy and looks in excellent condition. It was delivered on time, it did have a few of the white stoppers missing but I haven't contacted yet to get some additional ones. It does take around 5 hours to build and does require 2 of you. My 4 year old son loves it though!”

“Bed that should have been delivered in 7-10 days took four weeks, because I couldn't do the one delivery date they offered. Finally arrived, could see visibly scratched and marked just from opening the top of the box. At the time I was heavily pregnant and as my partner works away it couldn't be unpacked properly. I then went into labour prematurely so the bed was left unpacked for even longer. Now it is finally put up there are even more visible scratches, scuffs and marks. I do not have the time to be dismantling and returning it. All stress we could of done without.”

“We had amazing service from Room To Grow and not just because we had been treated so despicably by another online Shop that specialised in Beds for Children. The lady was so helpful on the phone: offering advice, the delivery was split to 2 addresses and on time as promised and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. Superb service from Room To Grow putting the other company to shame.”
