“Good service from order to delivery however my house was undergoing a renovation at the time of delivery and the room we wanted the bed for had just been completed, the installation guys damaged the newly plastered ceiling and marked a freshly painted wall”

“Communication was really bad, I had to chase them for update on my order as they would not contact me. After 2 months they advised me to contact delivery team and I started to chase them on update. Even though I am very happy with the product I ordered, because of the lack of communication and stress around where is my order and when i will recieve it, I wont be ordering from Room to Grow anymore.”

“Had a large number of fittings missing, which would have been acceptable had I not had to constantly chase Room to Grow for a response/update and eventually contacted their supplier direct who was great. All was sorted eventually (though still one fitting short), I was offered a discount for my trouble, and the bed is great quality, but I wouldn't order from them again due to their poor customer service.”

“Excellent service. Despite the website saying there was a 4-6week wait they rang to arrange a delivery shortly after placing the order and delivered within a couple of weeks. My daughter absolutely loves her bed, it's made her bedroom a delight for her to spend time in. The only problem is my other daughter wants one now too!”

“i phoned a few times to query my beds delivery date and this was dealt with efficiently. I then had a problem with the bed drawer and again this part was reordered and dealt with howver i did have to phone to check on progress”
