Order was ready sooner than expected which was a bonus - company was in touch to arrive delivery and give an estimate of time of arrival - delivery man brought the packages in to the house - will only leave on ground floor - this is the second bed I have bought from this company and haven't been disappointed

They use a good delivery partner who calls to arrange the delivery and then calls again to let you know they are 1/2 hour away. Great quality furniture!

Ordered a bed for my daughter from Room to Grow and from the start they provided excellent customer service. I emailed initially regarding a query about the bed which they answered promptly and clearly. They also accepted my request for a price match with a competitor. I ordered on the phone which was straightforward and the delivery company were great in terms of communication, providing a 2 hour delivery slot on a date of my choice and delivering the bed to the correct room in our house.

Room to grow were very good in arranging the sale, the delivery and the return of respective product. If there is any criterism i felt they overegged the quality and the return was slow - but i understand the return was stompas respnsibility.

Stompa do aim to arrange collections as soon as they are able but it just depends on logistics and when they are in the required postcode area. We will pass on your comments to Stompa. Great communication about the delivery day. Very friendly assembly team. Quick, efficient, bother free (even when there was a missing part). Can't ask for more!

All items were delivered separately. We had to store two mattresses for 3 weeks whilst waiting for the bunk bed to be delivered. No time slot for delivery of the bed was given, despite this being advertised on the website and advised via e-mail.

We aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to deliveries and I can see from your order confirmation email that the deliveries were split out against the relevant time scales. We do try and deliver items together where possible but unfortunately on this occasion we had to use different delivery teams. Ordered and delivered in 6 days, with a phone call from the delivery company to arrange beforehand, even though it was estimated 15-20 days, brilliant service.

RTG were cheaper than John Lewis and called to arrange delivery very quickly. The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant, they carried 10 very heavy boxes upstairs no questions asked and very polite.

I ordered a combination (without the desk) not on the website so telephoned and the lady was extremely helpful in discussing what to order and what she had tried herself. Price matching was also very easy to do. A delayed delivery was quickly resolved when queried, so I would definitely recommend them.

Bit short notice on delivery - was called on the morning to say they were delivering that day. Then the delivery driver asked my husband to help him unload the boxes from the van!!

My only complaint about room to grow is that we were supposed to get a call telling us when the delivery driver was half an hour away, we didn't! Apart from that quick and effeicient service.
