“All items arrived in a timely fashion, all parts arrived undamaged. Products were left outside my front door so I had to wait until my husband came home from work to move them into the house as they were too heavy for me to lift (luckily it didn't rain)!”

“Good service, I had an issue with a part of the bed, they were quick to look into it and ordered me another part. Im just waiting for the part to arrive and all will be good.”

“I received a text on the day that the bed was being delivered with an hour's notice. I was afraid to miss it while on a school run so I tried calling the number the delivery company left me and left a message. No one called back. When I got back I saw all the boxes were dropped off in front of my door and just left outside.”

Thank you for your feedback. The Solitaire range of beds are extremely sturdy and it is unusual to hear the framework is creaking. Thank you for leaving a review. We have checked your order and unfortunately cannot see any notes about your 2 missing screws. If you gave specific instructions to RTG requesting your missing parts, then please be assured that this is highly unusual and we apologise for this. Can you please email customer services on support@roomtogrow.co.uk stating your order reference number and the 2 x part reference numbers that you require for your bunk bed and we will arrange for these to be despatched to you as a matter or urgency.
