“Very good service online. Delivery could have let me know a bit more in advance of delivery as was told would be delivered in 2-3 days then 2 days later received a text at 09:30 that it was being delivered that day between 10:30 and 13:30. Luckily someone was in to take delivery”

Thank you for leaving a review. We really appreciate hearing about your experience with RTG. To enable us to despatch our products quickly we use the services of a third party doorstep carrier company who aim to deliver within a 3 day time frame. As outlined in the order confirmation they send a email/text on the day of delivery with a 3 hour time slot. We are pleased to hear that someone was at the property to accept delivery. We are currently investigating additional delivery services which we hope to add to our delivery options in the near future. It is great to hear that your son loves his new Solitaire White Midsleeper. Many thanks.
