The bed is lovely and I couldn?t find that kind of thing anywhere else. The quality is great. I only gave three stars because they don?t tell you until check out that this bespoke bed can take 4-5 weeks and they don?t give you any update on the progress of your order unless you chase. The bed ended up taking 5.5 week and I ended up chasing it. The ladies I dealt with were great in the end, but I shouldn?t of had to chase. the bed is fantastic, but the only thing I would say is it?s a same all the bolts and screws are on show. Otherwise it?s perfect for our requirements

I bought Alice Single bed. Not strong at all. Already falling apart. Waste of money. I wouldn't recommend to anybody

Where to start... * Boxes had 2 person lifting signs all over them. They were delivered by one struggling guy. In the snow. Boxes had obviously been dragged about and damaged. Fortunately there was enough packaging to protect the products. * The ivory mid-sleeper bed came in 2 boxes. One was ivory, the other grey. Waaay to much hassle to get it changed so I just built it with both colours. Looks okay. * A drawer on the wardrobe needed modification as the base was too thick to go into the drawer front. * Confusing phone call from a sub-supplier(?) of the Stompa furniture - I got the impression from them that they were going to deliver the furniture assembled, but it came flat packed. Coming from another company meant that there were 2 deliveries on different days which I had to be home for which is a pain.

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received and we will be looking into how the picking error at the warehouse occurred. Ordered a solitaire mid sleeper a few months back. Delivery was quick. Driver kept me informed when they were arriving exactly it made it easy to plan my day. Have only just assembled the bed and very happy with it. My 7 yr old son is pleased

No idea if the wardrobe is nice as I?ve still not got it. The delivery service is terrible. They didn?t call me, went to the wrong house and then sent me an email saying I had given them the wrong address and phone number. Which I hadnt. Now rearranged for a week later at a time that isn?t particularly convenient.

Delivery was damaged en route to us. Arrangements for replacements was excellent but original courier messed up on delivery twice before eventually delivering.

Room to Grow service was excellent but Stompa furniture is TERRIBLE! We purchased the Stompa casa 6 high sleeper. Beware! - The product is on the whole very disappointing given the price of the furniture. Some of the build instructions are misleading, forcing you to have to undo what you have just done in order to proceed correctly; The sofa bed is terrible- at full extension there is no flat surface for the entire length of the bed for the mattress. There are two levels about an inch apart, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Many of the surfaces were covered in a white residue which even after scrubbing, did not entirely come off and some surfaces were scratched or had indentations. The build quality sometimes left a lot to be desired, with gaps of several millimetres in places; Beware = If you buy the storage unit and chest of drawers take care to fix one to the other. A child could potentially pull the storage unit over on top of them. (Incredibly this is not part of the standard build per the instructions) The above points were raised with Stompa via the retailer. Stompa did replace a couple of the surface pieces, but completely ignored most other points. For the price I expected something for better in quality than I actually got. It looks good in the brochure, but it?s not worth a fraction of the price paid. I would not recommend this product.

I had a call to tell me a delivery slot and he was very nice and moved it to a day that worked for me. However I then had a follow up call where they left a message to say the bed will be delivered on a totally different day and didn't acknowledge I already had a day set up. When I called to explain this and that wasn't the day I had booked I was told they can call me 1 hour before getting to my house and then could leave it in a safe place - all of this meaning I could get my husband there. Not ideal but a plan. However the reality was: One missed call, no voicemail at the exact time they were at my house and then they left the bed in the pouring rain! It was outside my house for nearly 3 hours! The box was soaked and a few bits of the white paint on the bed are damaged as a result.

Efficient online ordering. Contacted by phone to rearrange delivery date, once it became apparent that original date would not be achievable. New date easily fixed, and delivery was efficient and friendly. Yes, I would be willing to recommend and to use again myself.

Room to grow customer service was ver helpful and very efficient they already had my information and the product I was looking for from previous order I had made so they were able to provide exactly what I wanted and the delivery service was very quick.
