“This wasn?t my first purchase with Room to Grow, I had previously bought a cabin bed for my granddaughter and it was a great success, so much that others had also made purchases of beds once it was seen. I thought it would be great for my grandson but, although the measurements were okay it dominated the room too much. So, as a warning to others, be very mindful of this. It was apparent that we were not the first to have done this as the response when contacting the company was that others then decided to sell it on privately. The bed was partly assembled and because of this we were reimbursed effectively, after collection costs, just £49. The price originally was £199. It was returned well packed in the boxes it arrived> As much as we appreciate that it had been taken out of the box I would be very interested to know what happens to these items that are returned. Hopefully to a charity.”

We are sorry the bed did not fit your room. Once you have built the bed we are not able to offer a full refund as we do not sell any second hand beds, hence the suggestion to sell privately as it is a popular model and a great bed. Please be assured it will be donated to the British Heart Foundation. Kind regards Anne

“The product from Stompa was good and delivered promptly and when agreed. The company that is used to assemble the beds, clearly associated to Room to Grow? were awful. They were called Jades Home Assembly. I had to ask them to return as one of the drawer sets didn?t run properly and one drawer kept falling of its runners when you moved it. Also the cupboards doors fitted were not straight. The plastic covers for the screws were not applied. They did return and sorted the larger jobs out but I was still missing 92 plastic covers so when I contacted them again they told me they couldn?t find my details and just sent me the covers to sort it myself.”

We are disappointed to hear that you were not impressed with the delivery team and assembly team Jade Logistics. This is the team that Stompa have chosen to deliver and assemble all of their products so we will feed this back to Stompa for you who will take this up with Jade Logistics. We are also very sorry that you suffered with some issues with your Bed and Furniture we cannot see that any contact was made to us at RTG with regards to this however we are now pleased that this has been resolved for you. - Best Wishes Lindsey

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry to hear that are having issues with your Stompa UNO S 3AD Midsleeper with pull out desk, multi cube and chest. We can see that this was ordered from us July of last year and you paid for Home assembly which means you have a 5 year warranty. We can look into rectifying these issues for you if you would like to email in to our support team at support@roomtogrow.co.uk with some photos of the damage and we will take this up with Stompa for you. “Unfortunately the bedding I ordered from room to grow was not what we wanted in the end but from start to finish the customer service were great in helping me return and receive a refund for the bedding. Fast, efficient and friendly! I will be back!”

“The worst service I have ever received when it comes to any form of furniture shopping. So it's been over ten days and 3 separate delivery days with incorrect timing, lack of communication, packages messing, and manufacturers producing wrong items in the packages. Almost spend 1K on this jubilee midsleeper combination, after mattress and accessories. Save yourself time effort and money and go to IKEA. The courier service ArrowXL failed to deliver the items on two different occasions. In the original delivery there was a box missing and two Left sides on chest of drawers. Contacted customer service and they were not very helpful. They said they would ring me back to chase the order. I never heard anything. I had to keep chasing customer service. The second time ArrowXL were scheduled to deliver from 13::45-15:45 and no news. I contacted customer service again and they advised me that the courier was running late. They said that they would chase call ArrowXL with an updat and get back to me. No contact was made. I realised that they would not be calling me back, that I would have to chase them again myself. Spoke to her different customer service advisor and he reported that the items were signed for at 9 a.m. (which was not true) two different conflicting information received from two different advisors. Finally delivery arrived at 17:10 with only one of two packages. Still waiting for the rest of chest of drawers. Disgusted with the service,”
