Easy to order online. Delivery date and time arranged by text. Quick though impersonal. 67 yr old father in law had to receive the delivery and concerned to hear that he alone was expected to carry very heavy, large bed frame and mattress up stairs to 1st floor maisonette. Not impressed with this.

The bed takes a couple weeks to arrive. They phoned me a few times just to keep me updated with the progress which is nice to know and then when it came to delivery two very professional gentlemen quickly moved everything inside.

Great customer service, the delivery team were really good and helpful. Love the product as do both my sons (6&7). Took me about 4/5 hours to put up, i would advise getting the more expensive mattresses if you have fidgety kids! No issues and would certainly reccommend.

Our son loves his new bed. It is incredibly solid with lots of storage space and will no doubt last him for years (he is 8). We paid Room to Grow to put the bed together which was well worth the expense. They took the packaging away with them and was done in 2 hours. Fantastic! It would be good for Room to Grow to stock a bedside shelf that fits, so be aware if you are buying this that the bed frame is very thick at the same end as the head would go, and most bedside shelves will not attach. We bought ours from another retailer although would have loved to have been able to buy it from Room to Grow.

Good website and speedy service. We received the bed and mattress in under 1 weeks when we were expecting it to take a lot longer. As for room for improvement, we would have liked the option to pay for the bed to be assembled by yourselves to be noticeable and available online. We found this out by chance when your representative called to confirm delivery.

Brilliant service, delivered a day earlier than expected (good job we were in! ) would have given 5 stars if a call had been made to advise of the earlier delivery.

Goods turned up in good condition, and we got what we asked for - delivery service organisation wasn?t as good as it could be, I didn?t return their booking call for 2 hours on a Friday afternoon which meant the delivery was delayed until the following week.

I can't fault the bed, it's sturdy, well made, and a decent size. Took about 3 hours to assemble, and the fittings are pretty good quality. I would have liked the bed to be whiter than it is, but this is a minor point. My main reason to remove a star is that the bed came in 2 parts. There was no marking to state that the second package had the main instructions... as I started with the single bed before opening the extra box. Stupid in hindsight, but I imagine a very common mistake. It was easy enough to rectify by removing some fixtures. Overall, very happy with this bed... as is my 3 year old.

Seems like a great company. Nice branding and SEO. Website is really good and easy to use. Notice of delivery date is done via phone days after purchase. This makes planning a bit tricky. Ideally this could be sorted online, or at least pick a time to be called to schedule it. I appreciate Amazon spoils us here, and this is tough for small businesses with larger items.

very disappointed they never delivered or contacted me about the bedside drawers for weeks, and my granddaughter had just got the bed matching for her birthday
