“It's a solid and sturdy bunk bed. Very well made, it's designed to last. Was easy to assemble. We bought an optional trundle drawer for sleepovers and Jubilee hook on shelf - great to hold water or a book. I also recommend the White Clip on Bendy Bunk Light - excellent for reading before bed. Our kids absolutely love their new bunk bed. Heather from Room to Grow was excellent. Superb customer service! Delivery team was also really good.”

“Even in this strange times it shouldn't take a parcel more than 18 days to arrive if your site quotes 2-3days. There is no tracking available for the order, the support team is overwhelmed. I still didn't receive it and was offered zero concern/action from your company. The missing screws for the bed are taking more than 2 working weeks to arrive, still no idea when and if they will arrive. The bed bits are blocking two rooms in the house and are a hazard. We had to completely unpack everything when searching for missing screws. I would have expected to be offered to return the incomplete bed delivery and sent a new one, that would have taken less time. The help line is not answering our calls and we are not re-assurred or provided even with an estimate delivery date to complete the order we were fully charged for 3 weeks ago.”

“They left the bed outside the building and would not bring it into the house. Some of the planks were too heavy to carry single handed”

“I purchased a Jubilee bunk bed and bedding Delivery was fast and efficient despite lockdown. Bed arrived first - bedding followed. There was a bit of a delay on bedding and when I chased it the customer support was excellent and it arrived promptly After they sent a second parcel so I am not marking them down in our current climate. Bed is well designed and easy to assemble. Our grandsons love it. Bedding was great quality too.”

“We spent a long time looking for the right bed for our 7yo that would fit in our box room with space and that had plenty of storage. This bed is ideal as ladder is close fitting to bed. The size of the bookcase is fantastic and fitted the library of books we had! I was presently surprised by storage in drawers too and the free standing nature of the furniture meant that we had flexibility with what worked best. My daughter is delighted with the bed, as are we. This was an important purchase for us so very happy. Allow a day to put it together but everything numbered for ease of assembly. Just check and double check before you build each bit. We only made 2 minor errors which we easy to sort which isn?t bad with so many components (and we usually hate putting together stuff!). Have already recommended it to our neighbour who is considering a similar purchase.”

“Website said 5 - 7 days delivery which is the main reason I went to room to grow as it would be here before Easter so I had the long weekend to build it all, but found out delivery is know 8 days and won't be here until after easter. If I knew this I would of gone else where, I'm still working through covid 19 so don't have a lot of spare time, phoned them and didt really seem to care they were not honoring what was stated on their website”

We are terribly sorry for the delay in delivery, we do try and keep to our estimated delivery times but on occasion delivery can be delayed slightly, especially when drivers are unable to work at short notice.
