“We ordered our bed on 10th Feb and are yet to receive it or have any confirmation when it will be delivered even though it should have been delivered between 14-28 days and we have chased the support team on it. So not sure why I have had a text asking me to review the bed?”

We are sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your bed but I can see Jennah is dealing with this over email with you and because you added on assembly at a later date it has lengthened your delivery timescale. “The quality of the furniture is excellent, though it was quite hard to put together at points. The instructions could have been clearer about which pieces were which and seemed to skip some steps. One of the screws provided failed to screw in. Needless to say this could have gone badly wrong and caused significant delay. The delivery drivers found it hard to get to the house, which was a little frustrating.”

“Now that it's up, it looks great. It feels sturdy and high quality. I'd booked assembly which wasn't straightforward. The company was great in getting replacement parts and rebuilding it, but it would have been nice if that hadn't been necessary.”

“I ordered a number of pieces if furniture and also accessories from RtG. Everything arrived promptly and in fine condition. I had a couple of queries, one concerned assembly of a chest of drawers, and I received quickly and politely. It's an excellent service.”

“I have yet to receive the product but yet I receive surveys asking me to rate a product !!!!!!. The couriers contacted me for a delivery date and seemed shocked that we could not accommodate a time slot 48 hours from that date. The proposed date we could make this Friday we have no idea if the courier is planning to make a delivery as they have not bothered confirming”

“From my initial communication with Room to Grow they have been more than helpful and able to answer all of my queries. The service they offer from point of sale follows a clear schedule. “The website was easy to navigate through and had all the necessary information clearly listed for our purchase. The ordering was easy and the communication between myself and the dispatchers was clear and concise. The chaps who delivered the item were polite and accommodating. The bed itself is lovely and was relatively straight forward to construct.”
