“A great product, some of the instructions arnt very clear and it took quite a while to put together, other than that a very sturdy bed with a great sized sofa bed and desk. And a bonus my daughter loves it.”

“Lovely bunk bed, brought this for my 7year old. Staff were helpful on the phone and the man who came to fix it ,wish I could give him 10 stars. He was very professional and quick.”

“It’s a lovely, sturdy bed that fits great in small size rooms. The delivery was great, even earlier than the date they gave me. I am really happy with this purchase, great price for great quality! My daughter is really happy with her new big girl bed, thanks!”

“I received my child's bed, and emailed the company the same day with the damaged panels and the full details. Still haven't recieved any items to replace the damaged pieces.”

We are so sorry the panels arrived damaged and although this is a rare occurrence, we are always truly dissapointed when it does but do our utmost to resolve as quickly as possible. I can see the repalcements parts were ordered the same day the issue was raised and are on their way. Best wishes RTG.

“Products are good-ish but the prices are so high that my expectations were for more quality. The customer service is fine and the installers were brilliant. However, I have paid £1k for a high sleeper for my son that creaks about and sometimes feels like it's lifting off the floor when he climbs down the ladder. The mattress is also a bit too short for the frame so there is an annoying gap that his pillow falls into. Would have just liked a bit more for my money.”
