“Poor communication. One confirmation email then a call on a Friday morning 4 weeks later at 6.45am to say we're delivering today! Unfortunately we work for a living. Then arranged a day, got someone to sit in then part order arrived. Bed finally delivered this week and left with a neighbour. Again, no communication at all. Just arrived and fortunately we have nice neighbours.”

Thank you for your comments. We are ever so sorry that you received a call from the delivery team at such short notice. All deliveries should be scheduled in advance - this is not normal practice. “I would have liked a little more warning of the delivery date. I received a phone call requesting to deliver the next day. Otherwise, the website is good and the order process is straightforward.”

Thank you for your comments. At the time of ordering this product was in production but unfortunately we were advised by the manufacturer that this was going to take longer than initially scheduled. “Didn't receive order or any updates cancelled it in the end S they had no idea where it was and couldn't give me a proper delivery dated”

“Amazing bed. It takes a long time to build so be prepared but the end result is superb”

“Although the bed arrived in good condition it arrived later than advertised and I felt that the communication in this case was poor. After contacting them myself and discovering they had the wrong phone number for me (which was amended during that call) it took another 3 or 4 days and another email from me until someone eventually called and delivery took place 2 days later. Great products but felt let down by the poor communication.”

“I have researched quite a bit a bed for my 7 years old daughter. The customer service replied to my request for clarification (e.g. side of ladder in high sleeper) timely, clearly and politely. I have then purchased the bed and it arrived within the schedule delivery time.”

“From the first contact with Room to Grow we were very impressed with the service we received. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to offer advice with our purchase. We ordered a Stompa bunk bed for our grandchildren which they absolutely love. The bed was delivered and assembled by Room to grow. The team that came were extremely polite, they took their shoes off although I told them they didn't need to. They were efficient and just got on with the job in hand. The bunk bed is extremely sturdy, very high quality and most importantly our grandchildren love it.”

“Fantastic quality product, my only complain was that it lacked spare screws etc. several broke very easily and I was left with missing ones at the end. The end product is superb though.”
