“The only complaint would be that I was not notified when Room to Grow received the bed back in stock and therefore did not know when the delivery timescale would start to run. I did end up chasing for an update on the very day that they contacted to arrange delivery. The delivery guys were great, carrying all the boxes up to my second floor property.”

“Great n'es for an 11 Year old. Very sturdy and good quality Of Wood. We used the Space bref for first Time last night and this worked well too!”

“Mattress didn't arrive when it should have done and I had to can to chase. Hello over the phone was excellent and it arrived 3 days late.”

Thank you for your comments. We use a third party express delivery service to send out this item and we are so sorry that the original consignment went missing. We arranged for another mattress to be sent out as soon as we were made aware so we apologise again for the delay. Best Wishes, RTG.

“Fabulous bed and great customer service BUT the fitters !! They didn't have correct screws on installation date so had to return the following week. Stained a brand new carpet with coffee stains and covered it over with cardboard. Ridiculous”

“Easy to use website with a wide range of products. I purchased a matress which exceeded my expectations and was competitively priced. The only negative was having to chase for delivery. Room to grow where quick to respond and chase courier and the situation was rectified, however information regarding delivery coukd be much better.”

“Our delivery did not arrive on the day scheduled, despite the delivery team realising the delivery obligation was not going to be possible due to a tenuous excuse of their "vehicle catching fire?"earlier thatday we received no call to advise. The failure to deliver caused my wife inconvenience having to take annual leave to await the delivery twiceover and no compensation by room to grow was offered despite being requested - not even reimbursement for the delivery cost.”

Thank you for your comments. Delivery of your order was completed by a third party carrier company who unfortunately experienced a serious issue with the vehicle/contents on the day of your delivery. We apologise you didn't receive a call about this but we hadn't been made aware - had we known, we would have called you without delay. “I just wanted to say a huge thankyou for the service provided in purchasing the Solitaire White Bunk Beds, which you price matched with no quibble. Not only was the service second to none from yourselves but also the two delivery guys were great. There was no dump and run like others, they took their time with us to complete the delivery paperwork, explaining to document the tears in the boxes etc and to ensure we documented that we would not be putting these together until the new year. Excellent service all round. I just hope the beds live up to our expectations in the New Year.”

“Having bought three beds from three different suppliers, I have the following observations. Whilst I am happy with the quality of the product, compared to the other two beds I purchased, this bed was over priced with a long lead time for delivery.”
