“The process of buying this item was easy & hassle free. Delivery was not so good. The bed didn't arrive in the days given by RTG & their customer service were unavailable when I called at 1005 to discuss this & never returned my call. The delivery company never contacted to say when the delivery would take place, as RTG said they would.”

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality of service and if you left a voice mail and did not receive a call back, then please be assured that this is highly unusual and we apologise for this. We are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced waiting for the delivery of your Solitaire White Bunk bed. To enable us to despatch our products quickly we use the services of a third party doorstep carrier company and unfortunately the delay and miscommunication you experienced was out of our control. We will pass on your feedback to the carrier company involved. We are currently investigating additional delivery options which we hope to add to our delivery options in the near future.

“Lovely people, very fast turn around, ordered Monday morning at 9.30 and bunk bed, desk and chest of drawers arrived by Wed morning the same week, and it was the before Christmas! All constructed over the following 24 hours and the room looks stunning. Lovely person on the phone when I placed my order and a personal email later on to confirm delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your delivery was not as it should have been from Julian Bowen. Your money was refunded on 11th December and a copy of the refund has been emailed to you. “We were pleased with our bed however when the delivery took place we were missing our chest of drawers. No one had contacted us to tell us this and we are still awaiting delivery after 2 months since ordering.”

Unfortunately the manufacturer did not made us aware of this at the time of delivery so we were unable to advise you of the delay. Stock delays and delivery issues are unfortunately out of our control, however, please be assured that we have passed on your feedback to the manufacturer/delivery team. “Love the bed, although was a nightmare to build took hours........ Wood is good quality although there were quite a few scuffs and scratches on arrival which is a real shame as it is white; but this was probably due to the delivery......... But how do you prove this either way...... The bed is good and the text is a fab idea which kids love. A little more Velcro would also help :)”

“original item not available. I was then contacted by phone and e-mailed to enable me to cancel or re-order. When I telephoned the response was immediate and another bookcase was ordered. The delivery to my address was very prompt.”
