“Boxes came severally damaged. When I put up the wardrobes I found a door has been damaged in 3 places. No email address in website to send photos of the damage to. But on the other side of things, they are great products and my son loves his desk and wardrobe.”

“Came with instructions but none of the items were numbered, Nothing!! Spent hours trying to identify each piece and label them myself to save time, very basic wood and not worth the price! The sounds it makes when someone gets on them are horrendous and thats my 5 and 6 year olds never mind a fully grown adult! I have never put a brand new bed up and fear it could break at anytime. Dont waste your money not worth the price. Room to grow, more like Grow out too quickly.”

“The bed is beautiful and very good quality, however the mattress is not comfortable and smaller than the bed leaving a gal”

Thank you for your review. We are delighted you are happy with your Bella bed. The mattress should measure 120cm wide x 190cm long for a small double. There is often space between the mattress and the frame to make it easier to change bedding and allow a little movement in the mattress, it should not be a tight fit. “Great bed, arrived in immaculate condition and was straightforward to assemble. The only downside is that they said delivery was 2-3 weeks, but it actually took 4 and arrived after my son's birthday. They did keep me well-informed once the delivery was scheduled, although it was scheduled for 10 days after I received the text and not within 3 days of the text, as they had said it would be.”

“Brilliant high sleeper bed. I was looking at high sleepers for quite some time, I wanted something sturdy and solid that would last, and definitely pleased with this purchase. My daughter loves it, and it’s perfect for her bedroom as it’s quite a small room. There is also little shelves under the bed which comes in handy. Building it took me a bit longer than I thought, but overall not to bad considering I done the majority of it on my own. Would definitely recommend.”

“The quality of the product is excellent, very sturdy and will no doubt support two monkeys jumping on it for the next few years. I did find the instructions a little bit difficult to follow especially considering this was a modular bed and despite some knowledge of building flat park furniture it took almost two hours to construct, so give yourself plenty of time. Delivery updates and service was spot on as well.”
