Very pleased with this bed, good quality and sturdy. Our 7 year old loves it. Excellent and speedy service throughout the whole process from Order to delivery. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately our experience was spoilt by the delivery team that Stompa used.An expensive bed delivered by two delivery men at 7.30 in the morning, (no notification received)dumped the bunk bed in my hall, didn?t ask us where we wanted it placing,rude. The box was damaged & we hadn?t signed for it.My husband struggled with 3 heavy boxes upstairs.The product itself is ok, but you really ought to sort the delivery system out, shameful for such an expensive product

Easy to buy and came so quickly, pleased with this side of service. The only problem was delivery! I said they could leave in An outside porch but only if I was out. Knowing it was a large delivery I stayed in preposfully for it. But I discovered they left them in the porch without even knocking the front door. I only noticed when the dog barked after they drove off, this meant I alone had to move them all inside.

I would never use this company again. I ordered a bed 5 weeks ago. They took my money and then I was rung to be told the bed would be delivered at 7.07 am on a particular day. When I explained this time wasnt convenient because of the school run but we would be home 23 minutes later, they said that I would have to wait another 4 weeks for another delivery. They couldn?t even say that the next delivery wouldn?t be at the same time and hence unworkable. I was simply told there was nothing that could be done.

RTG's pre-purchase customer service was amazing. I spoke to one of their team on the phone twice, who talked me through the modularity of the Solitaire beds very patiently as I tried to understand how I might be able to buy future kits to "build up" in the future and whether to instead buy the full lot up-front and just build the starter for now, storing the other parts for the future. In terms of the product, I have two small negatives that make this a 4 and not 5-star experience/product overall: 1) As per a recent review from another buyer, there are no instructions for installing the side-board. Since having this safely fitted is key for my 2 year old as he makes the transition to his big bed (and any other child I would assume), having to make this part up on the fly yourself, is clearly not ideal. The response from RTG to the other poster said that RTG would "pass [the] comments on to the manufacturer". That doesn't sound to me like they're making this right any time soon; more just passing the buck a bit. In the mean time, why not create and post a pdf version on the RTG website? That would be very easy to do. N.B. Overall it took me a solid 1.5 hours to build this bed alone. For context I would consider myself an experienced amateur furniture assembler having built maybe 20 IKEA and other pieces over the last 15 years. 2) The bed is extremely heavy (I think the packaging said 50 or 60 kilos). Many people might not care about that, but it's worth knowing. It's a well known fact that MDF is heavy so I could (should?) have known based on the product description which did state it was made from MDF Overall, very happy, I am only leaving this constructive feedback to 1) get some a small but essential improvement in terms of assembly instructions and 2) make others aware of the weight.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. Having had a discussion with the manufacturer about this, we have been advised that the assembly instructions to attach the safety rails are in the same box that contains the rails.  If this is not the case then we would be very interested to hear back from you. Loved the excellent integration between purchasing the bed and it being delivered and assembled. Jade Home Assembly are utter professionals, whether it?s them calling you to arrange delivery, or the guys that did the assembly. Exactly the quality of experience I?d hoped for having made what I?d consider to be a relatively ?luxury item? purchase. Keep up the good work!

Lovely product & very solid but delivery is a complete shambles. Part order arrived Monday & it?s taken numerous calls and 17 emails to get the rest of the delivery rescheduled. Hoping when it arrives today it?s on time & complete

I?ve just had a great experience with ?Room to Grow?. I ordered a bunk bed for my son. It was delivered super fast and delivery by a courteous man who carried all the bits into the house.

Super helpful service. Great quality item. Delivery on chosen date and put together brilliantly. Really pleased with the bunk bed and trundle. Love the grey colour too

Really good quality bed, my little boy loves it! It took a while to build and did require two people for some of the stages but easy to follow instructions. One thing to note is that room to grow use a different firm to do their deliveries, i found them to be quite unreliable, i booked the day off work as told they would deliver on the monday and they called to say they could no longer deliver, very annoying!

While the service of RTG was polite, the delivery was farcical - no warning; attempted on the wrong day and then the next day before 7am; rearranged for the following Monday but it didn?t turn up; rearranged for weds morning and it finally turned up around 3.30pm. At my request RTG refunded the delivery charge but this didn?t really compensate for having to arrange for people to wait in on 3 different days.

Smooth ordering and delivery service. One part of the bed was damaged however after a quick email and phone call a replacement part was sent out within a couple of days. Love the bed, great quality. Would recommend. Overall really pleased.

The website is great, very clear checkout and selection experience. Initial delivery was great and on time. One of the parts was however not machined correctly, service to rectify the problem was prompt, efficient and handled very well. However there seems to be very poor communication between Room to Grow and their delivery firm. I was promised the part would turn up the next day, it didn't and I had no communication during the day. I then called and was told it had been held up due to traffic and was scheduled to be on the first truck the next day. I spoke to Room To Grow 4 times during the specified day to be told it was on its way twice and once I was told that there was no way of checking once it was on the truck?? Consequently at 5pm that day I chased again to be told it had been delivered at 10.45am to an incorrect address and that it couldn't be delivered for another 2 days. Ultimately because I made a fuss it was delivered the next day. I appreciate the incorrect delivery was not the fault of Room To Grow however communication could have been a lot better as I was constantly chasing and if the issues had been captured earlier they could have been better handled. It's a shame as initial great service was then let down by poor process and communication. Product is great now it's all built..
