“They were prompt and the delivery people were very helpful. The matress didn't come immediately but they chased it and sorted it straight away for me. The bed is lively and so much storage space.”

“Very happy with the product I received and it arrived within a week. Delivery was a bit confusing with the driver who phoned barely speaking any English and refused to wait five minutes for someone to return to the house to receive the package. Eventually left outside on a slightly wet path. Bit disappointing after paying an additional fee for delivery because I live in Scotland.”

“I bought a Jubilee desk with a hutch for my daughter for christmas. Opened the sealed box on christmas morning only to find all the fittings missing from the desk. On opening the hutch, we found screwed up instructions and a dirty bag with the fittings loose in it , some of which were also missing. Very upset and very disappointed little girl. We shipped the desk to Spain at our own expense as we live there, so now have to look forward to trying to get this company to send all the missing items to our address in Spain.......... Really really shoddy and I'm sure getting the missing parts to Spain shouldn't be but will be a huge nightmare .....”

“The beds were not very easy to assemble and really needed two people to hold various bits up while other parts were slotted in otherwise it just broke a apart at the joints which is what happened twice. Not great quality beds in my opinion.”

Please be assured that the manufacturer has sold thousands of this particular model all across Europe, and has received excellent reviews. On average this bed takes 2/3 hours to build and assembled correctly meets all European/UK safety testing requirements. “The delivery service that room to grow use was poor. i Waited an extra 2 weeks for the goods to be delivered. Communication wasn?t great and on one occasion a delivery can turned up without my order on the van - over all pretty poor service. Bed however is nice, well made and my daughter loves it.”
