The tracking for my order says that it was delivered to/or around my mailbox. That was 10 days ago. Their web site doesn't have a customer service number, is impossible to use (EXCEPT for purchases) and they recommend you send information through a 3rd party customer service pay for fee company. Why would I pay someone else for their issue? I've asked for a response to an inquire (can't specify what that is) and haven't heard a thing. I am disputing the charge with my American Express and will NEVER, EVER play an order thru them!
