“I ordered a dress for my mom 3 weeks in advance and never received it. Tracking was at a stop and I had to contact my bank to get a refund. They advertise nice clothes but doesn't deliver on product and no customer service contact .”
“Don't recommend them at all - STAY AWAY from them! The refund policy is a joke, and you have to pay for returns out of your refunds, unless you stay credit with them - but since the clothes are so awful and none fit (either too big or too small in areas)! The clothes are cheap and the fits are not accurate at all, and then you have to pay for their inaccuracy! Don't both and go to SHEIN instead, at least you get free returns with them!”
“All three of my outfits did not look like the pictures, the material is thin and cheap, the dress is thin material and see through. The outfits looks very nice on the website but actually seeing them trying them on was horrible for all three of my outfits. I will Never purchas from Rosewe again and will tell my friends Do Not buy from Rosewe because the material is Very Cheap!!! I was so disappointed 😞. I spent $73.00 for some costumes. I plan to give these outfits to Goodwill, somebody could use them for Halloween. “First I ordered 4 outfittings and send 2 back. I did not get a refund of my money just credit of $53.31. Then I ordered a white dress that was suppose to come between 8-16 to 8-19. It is now 8-28 and I still have not gotting my order yet. Or a refund. This is bad business. By now I just want my money back just as fast as you all took it out of my account why can"t you put it back just as first?”
“I received order but the color was two toned. I didn’t even wear the dress. I Returned it and Rosewe sent me email stating I couldn’t get a refund because of a peculiar smell.

“Dress too times too small. The fabric was so thin you could see through it. Had some sparkling stuff on it that looks like some you use in a child's party for entertainment.”
“First off I the shipping date was wrong and I did not get it in time for my son's wedding. When I did get it the dress was so thin you could see through it in the lite. I sent it back in plenty of time and only received half of my money back. They don't tell you that the shipping fee to send it to you is more than the refund ticket fee and charge for insurance so you only receive half the refunded amount.”
“Never received my order. There is no way to contact them to check status. Was given an order number and estimated delivery date. But when I go on to check status says not shipped. Would not recommend.”
“I have not even received my product yet but have had problems I wanted to cancel because the discount that they gave me when I paid for the order did not come off the total, first. Second, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order. she did everything but cancel my order, after repeatedly asking her to do so. Even insulted me. So when my order comes I am going to refuse it and it'll go back to them wherever it comes from and I want my money back.”
“The worst, cheapest quality clothes out there. Clothes are badly made, the material is so flimsy they are all see through. I ordered a few times but had to return most of them because of low quality. Won't order again. The last time they didn't refund me as the post lost my package and the customer bears the cost of that.

I ordered a beautiful coat awhile ago and upon receipt found it had snap closures instead of buttons no problem but one snap was missing I notified them and they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it abd drive an hour out of my way to purchase snap closures and repair it myself they offer no valid return address because the adress could not be found and customer service was rude,
Whish I had checked BBB 1st they have a long list of complaints against this company.”
“This company is ok as long as you don't have to return anything. I bought 4 items from the UAE but I had to return 2. They gave me their UK address and I couriered the items there. Upon arrival in the UK UPS asked for their number and they have given me fake numbers that don't go through. now UPS wants to send the items back to me at a cost of £33 and I paid £10 to send the items back to the UK. I have tried to get assistance from Rosewe customer service but each time they give me the runaround or ask that I keep the items and they give me 20% refund.
When I checked their UK address it's a vacant warehouse so they are not even occupying it. I have now engaged the Trading Standards in the UK. I will not take this lying down. Such an unscrupulous company with no ethics”
“Rosewe clothes are of Poor Quailty fabric. If you know quality and I do fabric is terrible. When you try to live chat with there CSR, You can not. It’s difficult to speak to a Hong Kong overseas person. Try to return the items, and you never get the correct amount back. Bad Bad Bad all around🤦🏽♀️Trust Me!”
“Wasn’t happy with the material and sizes of most of the dresses that I purchased (34 of 50). Some long dress styles are just too long and need paying a tailor to fit well which increases the total price of the dresses. The lace quality on dresses I bought is the worst I have seen, please maintain good quality and customers will stay loyal to your products. Photos couldn’t attach, available if needed.”
