“I recently received three swimdresses, to say the least I'm very very disappointed. I've bought quite a few in the past and always been happy with them. However this time, the material quality is very poor, the cut is nowhere near as good and they are a good couple of inches shorter. I'm lets say mature 70, size 20/22 and have a long body hence swimdress, being so much shorter is not good.

“I ordered 2 bathing suits a sweater and a jumpsuit - I don’t know what happen with their sizes but everything was way too big except the sweater I asked for exchanged and a return nothing has been done in 4 months except chronic emails I’ve asked 3 x for a human being to call me - nothing I guess legal is the only solution”
“Dress style was correct, however color was not what I ordered or had ever seen. Order took about three weeks, then incorrect. Deliveries take too long to wait for the correct item. Customer service not paying attention to orders”
“I placed two separate orders, expecting the orders to be shipped as ordered. All the items have been split up with the delivery. Nothing was delivered as ordered. I'm still waiting on three items that have been sitting at one location for 11 days, and is only 257 miles away. Shipping is very bad in my opinion. Also, some of the items that are displayed on the website is not necessarily what you will receive. I'm not pleased with my experience at all.”
