“Can't fault the service I received from Ross Watch Repairs. Their initial quote was the same as the final price and much cheaper than the high street, their turnaround time was truly excellent and the watch was returned to me ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“Old fashioned, polite ,trustworthy service,i am amazed such business's still exist. My Tag Their was returned within days,new battery and re sealed plus a bracelet clean,all the while I was kept informed of it's progress,plus all at a competitive price. Many thanks.”

“I needed a new battery for my Omega Seamaster and had left it for quite some time before replacing. I contacted Ross Watch Repairs and they provided a quote on the battery replacement and also a polish/scratch removal service. The watch is about 14 yrs old and was dirty and had more than a few scratches/marks. I sent the watch off and received it back in the timescale quoted. Hugely impressed by the results, the watch is looking like new all over again, so impressed. Can highly recommend Ross Watch Repairs, excellent customer service, very professional, fantastic value for money and outstanding quality of work. Ian High Washington”

“Very fasy and efficient, send my watch in for a new battrey and screen on monday received it back by thursday, cheaper then all the jewelers and watch repairs close to me. Very good with communication and updates overall a very good service”

“Incredibly quick service. Sent my watch in for replacement battery and pressure testing. They also ultra sonically cleaned my watch. Communication was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in using their services again. Thank you”

“This was a brilliant repair service and very easy to use. I was kept informed as to the whereabouts of my watch ie what stage the repair was at and it was returned very quickly to me by special delivery and a detailed report about the state of my watch was emailed to me together with an invoice. I would really recommend this service, my watch looks great and runs really well and it was completely trustworthy and reliable as well as being very good value.”

“I sent my Tag Heuer Aquaracer in for a battery replacement & ultrasonic clean. I was a bit dubious about posting but need not have been. Sent on Monday back to me on Wednesday. Fabulous service, updated with emails once received & once the work had been completed. Watch looks great & is keeping good time. I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.”
