“I am a visitor to London and my watch stopped working. I found Ross Watch repairs online and went to their store in The Shard Arcade but it was closed. I emailed them and a staff member replied - and came across town to open the store just to repair my watch! Now that’s brilliant service!! Thank you.”

“29th November 2023 - I was in the process of disposing of my Baby-G Casio watch after having the battery replace by a previous company, however when I took it to Ross Watch Repairs, they fix the issue and I am pleased to have my watch working. The service was excellent and prompt.”

“Ross have maintained an aged watch of great sentimental value for the last 3 years. Their efforts have kept it going and corrected attempted repairs by other watchsmiths. Prompt service at reasonable cost for cleaning,new battery and case seal.”

“After dropping my Tissot watch and offsetting the dial, I was worried it would be a very expensive repair job. Ross Watch Repair fixed it, along with the strap, battery and resealed it for just £125. Only took a day. Excellent service and awesome staff. Highly recommend!”

“Great service! I came to pick up my watch because I was told that my bracelet can't be repaired I felt really disappointed because this watch has sentimental meaning as I bought it years ago in Tokyo. I even started to look for new belt to replace my bracelet. I was lucky that Craig was working that day and he said that he will take a second look and unbelievable happened! He fixed it in 5 minutes! You are amazing Craig and you made my day! Thank you so much again! I will definitely recommend your service! Thank you RWR.”

“I am a first time customer of Ross Watch Repairs, so I was guided by the previous reviews both recent and historic and decided that they were worth contacting. Reassuringly the replies were rapid and comprehensive thus giving me confidence to go ahead with my Longines battery replacement, reseal to spec. and polish. Total time off my wrist from start to finish was exactly one week (7 days)precisely as promised. Great communication throughout. Perhaps most importantly my watch arrived back looking and feeling brand new. Very happy indeed and would definitely recommend Ross Watch Repairs.”

“Gucci no longer replaces batteries or services older models so I was delighted to find Ross Watch Repairs at London Bridge. Friendly, fast and efficient service and I'm so pleased to be wearing my watch again, so much so that I'm taking my other Gucci to them. Prices are cheaper than Gucci and you don't have to wait weeks for your watch to be returned. Well done Ross Watch Repairs!”
