“TAG Heuer chronograph's battery replaced and was back within the same working week, unlike High Street shops that quote 3 - 4 weeks and want to charge more. Excellent service and pricing. Will certainly use RWR services again.”

“I sent off my Tag Formula 1 watch to have the battery replaced Monday and the watch was all done and returned to me by Thursday! Excellent service and communication. Would 100% recommend and i will be using again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Emailed me with lots of info at first. . I then sent my watch off. they told me they had received it and offered me a discounted service on getting some scratches out which I decided to do. Within a couple of days they emailed again telling me my watch was ready to send back,I paid straight away through BACS and I received my watch the next day. I am very pleased with the result and the costs. Not only a great service but a good price too. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Thx Emma and Rob Mennell”

“A very professional service from Alec right from the first contact until getting my watch back. I had a battery change and reseal on my 10 year old Tag Heuer watch and was very pleased with the workmanship and for a reasonable cost too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ross Watch Repairs and will definitely use them again.”

“Brilliant service! Posted Tuesday and returned on Friday with new battery and seals. Much better than the 5 to 7 weeks quoted by Edinburgh's Cartier dealer. And only 1/3rd of the price - even better.”

“Wholeheartedly recommended this company as I had a fantastic experience with them. Excellent communication throughout by email and a quick turnaround too. As a comparison, I was being told 4-6weeks by others yet RWR received watch, changed battery, re-sealed, calibrated, cleaned and sent back to me in 5 days. Nearly half the price of high street quotes and double the service. Thanks.”

“Such a simple idea and such a great service! Most places i asked quoted twice as much and offered a 3 week turnaround. I got a new battery for my Longines watch returned in the week! Highly Recommended!”

“I contacted RWR on a Monday to inquire about a new battery for my EBEL watch. I was then confident to post my watch later the same day. I received a message on Tuesday to say the watch had arrived and to confirm the price of the battery and any additional services. I had a call to say the work was completed on Thursday and I received the watch back by special delivery on Saturday morning and an emailed guarantee. A very efficient service at about a third of the price my local EBEL retailer had previously charged. Alan from Fareham”
