“My Tag Heuer needed a new battery. I got a very quick turn round. Did exactly what they said. Whats not to like?”

“I've used RWR several times for battery replacement, reseal and pressure testing. The whole process is quick, easy and stress free. In my experience, much quicker and cheaper than using a high street jeweller.”

“I am old school as in I would much rather take my watch somewhere and have the battery fitted while I waited, but that was not as easy as i expected. I did not like the sound of sending my watch to a company which I had never dealt with before! That being said...... I emailed Ross Watch repairs after I had read some of the reviews, they emailed back straight away, telling me how to send the watch to them etc. I popped to the post office using the service they suggested and sent my watch to them in the 5pm Friday post. They emailed to say they had received it. On the Monday they telephoned to take payment and I received it in the post on the Tuesday........ Thank you so much for the First Class Super Fast service. I will defo be using you again when my little old TAG watch needs anything - Terrie”

“I found Ross Watch Repairs to be professional, helpful and friendly at all points. Communications were speedy and polite. I had requested a new battery, a re-seal and pressure test and an ultrasonic clean for my Tag watch. All of this was done very quickly at an excellent price and the item was returned the next day. I would happily recommend Ross Watch Repairs to anyone and shall definitely use them again. A*****”

“Excellent service with no problems at all. My Ebel watch needed a new battery and RWR provided this service at a very reasonable £49.99. When the watch had been checked over I was offered and accepted a full watch polishing (including a free ultrasonic cleaning) for £40. For payment I used PayPal and the watch was returned to me within a week by Royal Mail Special Delivery and looked like new. Highly recommended.”

“Initially a bit concerned regarding the PO box address (no Shop) however the e-mail communication was excellent and the service faultless. Great turnaround and value for money. I seldom do this but I highly recommend RWR as a third party watch repair service. Thank you and best wishes, Neville Cockburn”
