“Extremely helpful and efficient service. Prompt turn around. 7 days from my postage to return delivery. Only place I could find that dealt with Roamer watches. Pleased woth service and price. Will definitely use again”

“I had a very good experience with Ross Watch Repairs. As instructed by email I sent my watch off special delivery and received an email acknowledging receipt the next day. Two days later I was informed that the watch was ready and it arrived through my door two days after that. So a prompt, helpful and courteous service. I give 4 stars, not 5, only because I would hope in normal times not to pay my local jewellers as much as I paid in this instance, but of course I might be disappointed!”

“Very quick service. However I would warn people not to send their watches if they are due to be delivered the next day which falls on a Saturday to avoid any problem of not having it signed for by a representative of RWR.”

“I have used RWR before and have been pleased with their good value for money service. On this occassion after a slow response (2 weeks) to my initial enquiry the level of communication from Kristene has been excellent. I used the postal service for both delivery and receipt of my Tag Heuer which, although relatively expensive was efficient. I had the watch ultrasound cleaned but can't really see the difference, I hadn't expected too. The watch is now working normally after its battery change which is what I used the service for. I recommend RWR for a good value for money watch service.”

“They are not a scam, I have used them before and been very satisfied. However they currently have my watch, and are not replying to emails or answering the phone. I have spoken to their landlords at RVP who say that they (RWR) are having "staffing problems", but are still a going concern, so I live in hope....Update: watch now received and I am very satisfied. Great value compared with alternatives.”

“Polite prompt service. Reasonably priced. Very pleased. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 is because I had a new battery fitted only a week ago. Watch is still working fine at time of writing but it’s only been a week ago.”

“So much better than going to a jeweller or a shoe repair bar to check out a problem with a watch or its battery. They got 2 watches going for me that I was told were basically dead/broken”

“Very nervous as you can imagine sending my ebel watch via post but i was sent an email as soon as RWR received it. The watch had a battery replacement, reseal, pressure test and I took advantage of the ultra sonic clean. My watch was returned back to me within two working days and I was sent an email that the work had been completed and would be returning to me by special delivery. I have absolutely no complaints about the service which normally cost more than double and can take two months when I have used a jewellery store to be sent off for the same work. I will be using again as the service was so good and my watch came back looking so clean. Thank you RWR for excellent communication at all times.”
