“I had a bad initial job done by another company (NOT Rothwells) on natural granite stone. Rothwells came understood problem and fixed it. Their knowledge, care and attention to detail have a made a bad job now totally bearable. Amazing service I would highly recommend”

“Excellent service from the time I was quoted and an appointment was confirmed. A lady called Gemma arrived to do the work. She was very pleasant and my carpets looked like new when she'd finished!”

“Cheerful and knowledgeable cleaner and resin applicator. Brought our old brick floor back to a new, colourful and shining new life while protecting doors, skirtings and nearby oak flooring. A good job well done.”

“Gemma did a very good job.The carpet looked very clean. I was impressed by the care she took moving the furniture about and was careful to protect chair legs etc from staining the carpet while it was still damp. It was almost worth the £ 178.05p that I paid for the job!!! As I said to Emma I could almost have bought a new carpet with that sort of money!!!!”

“It is very clear that Rothwell's prides itself on its efficient and friendly service, from first contact right through to delivery and invoicing - a personal approach is taken at each stage. “A big thank you to Rothwells and to Mitchell & Gemma for their competence and determination in dealing with our challenging sofas and chair. They have given these offending pieces of furniture a new lease of life. All arrangements including time-keeping were excellent and we were pleased to be able to retain the fans for a couple of days to speed up the drying process. We will certainly be recommending your highly professional company.”

“What a fantastic job they did - i have been soo precious about the carpets since - shoes in the house?!! The kids laugh about it now - but there are no shoes in the house. We were contemplating changing the carpet - but they look as good as new. The cleaning team were so kind - moving things back where they were and just wonderful. I will certainly be calling back in a couple of years. Tabitha”
