“The staff was very friendly, most helpful and accommodating. They always responded to emails or phone calls very quickly. They cleaned my armchair and rug very well, and reemoves stains I thought would not be removed! They were respectful of my property, clean and efficient. Thank you”

“We were very pleased with both the service and the finish. Mitchell went out of his way to get excellent results. We rate the service 5 out of 5 but couldn't make the star system respond. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.”

“We recently had our large corner sofa cleaned and I cannot recommend Rothwell’s enough. The technicians were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They were able to come out to clean it only a week after I inquired. Pricing is very fair for the quality of work.”

“We had two sofas cleaned, they were so badly stained and dirty that we were going to replace them, but we decided to try having them cleaned first. They cleaned up like new! It took a couple of hours, and the technician was polite, friendly and efficient. Very satisfied.”

“I had an incontinence accident recently and due to my disability, I could not make it to the toilet in time. My expensive memory foam mattress was badly stained as I could not get it clean by trying carpet and upholstery cleaner myself. The surrounding carpeted area had suffered as well. I phoned Rothwells Cleaning Service for urgent help. Oliver gave me an estimate over the phone which was very reasonable. Graham came first thing the following morning and gave me an on-the-spot quote which was in line with the estimate and did a brilliant job. From start to finish I am very happy with Rothwells Cleaning Service and have stored their telephone number in my phone just in case of future need. It is plain to see that they are a hard-working friendly and honest family business I recommend everyone to use.”

“Andrew arrived on time and completed the cleaning of my sofas and carpets to a very high standard. Despite them being quite old they all look as good as new! We are very pleased with the work done and would have no hesitation in using Rothwell's again and in recommending them to friends.”
