“Mitchell was extremely efficient and our floor is now looking magnificent. We get a huge amount of through traffic with dogs and children so hopefully it will stand the test of time!”

“Andrew promptly and throughoughly deep-cleaned the carpeted floors in my house, and only several small faded stains remain. I am very pleased and grateful. The woman who did the quote, the staff member I spoke with on the phone, and Andrew, were all friendly and helpful.”

“We have used Rothwell's for year and they have certainly extended the life of our (biege) carpets. Their personal service is always excellent and they go out of their way to accommodate your urgency and timing requirements. Can't recommend them highly enough, and our carpets are looking great. We just had an emergency call out when we spilt Soy Sauce (dark brown) - and it seemed to go everywhere! Gemma was there with the spot-treatment ASAP! Thank you.”

“Gemma came to brief us and give an estimate. She answered all our questions and explained everything. On the arranged morning Cleaning Technician Graham arrived and after moving the heavy furniture proceeded to thoroughly clean our Axminster. Having originally had it protected by Scotchgard™ we asked for it to be protected again. Graham did a fine job, our only comment on the process is that the carpet, when dry, appeared to be quite sticky/tacky with furniture and footfall not moving easily. This slight problem has now mainly worn off. Overall we are pleased to have clean bright carpets once more. Thank you.”

“We purchased a second hand 4m *3m hand woven wool rug, it needed a thorough clean, we researched carpet cleaning companies in our area, we choose Rothwells and have not been disappointed. They collected the rug from the antique shop and delivered back to us within agreed timescales and we were kept advised of any concerns they had as the cleaning process progressed, it had one or two damaged areas that they took extra care with. The rug now looks fabulous , they did a great job and customer service was very good, responsive and helpful. I would recommend and will use again if we need such services in the future.”
