I was supposed to receive it between Feb. 28 to March 9. Still waiting and it shows in my tracking it arrived in NY on Feb. 7. Unhappy. Will not purchase again.”

“Customer service was great. I purchased an item and had it sent to an address other than my home address and it didn’t have the house number on it. It got lost. I contacted the post office to have it tracked down, but they couldn’t find it. After getting in touch with Rotita several times, they offered to send me another one. I am so pleased with them for doing this. They went above my expectations. I haven’t received my item yet, but will in a few days. Thank you Rotita!!”
