“Ten days after I placed an order the USPS tracking shows that USPS created the shipping label but never received the package from Rotita. There is nothing more they can do unless they actually receive the package. Rotita kept replying to me that this is on the post office and the post office is not replying to them. So I made one easy phone call to USPS and got the answer. Clearly my package is MIA at Rotita. I asked them to ship me a new order which they aren't doing. Poor customer service. You cannot speak to them. All done via email.”

“Due to illness I was unable to return my item (too small) within 30 days so I requested an extension due to the extenuating circumstances. I received an appalling unhelpful response to my request. Disgusted. Clearly just in it for the money and sod customer relationships. Will never use them again.”
