Tried to return some clothes and there is no delivery address available. I sent 5 emails before anyone responded and still wouldn't give me the returns address. Finally I received an email stating "you want to return the goods ,you should responsible for the shipping fee of returning. And the return address is in China, the shipping cost maybe much higher than the product value, so it is not a good choice to return. Do you think you can keep the items and we agree do 30% refund of the prodcuts? Can you accept this?" Absolute disgrace do not use this company IT IS A SCAM”
“I have been looking at this site and others with same merchandise. They tried to tell me that their sizes matched US sizes and just go by measurements. I sent them a copy of a well-known company is our plus sizes. They tried to make me wrong! I tried to explain that maybe they were confusing Women Plus with Junior Plus but still insisted I I was wrong. I told them that they would never be successful in America if they lied to people. But the whole group still has these phony plus sizes and after reading this site, looks like I dodged getting ripped off. Stay away from these people overseas. It must be in the water bc don't seem like the business people are any better than the government... Uh oh are we headed that direction?”
“The items are not sized correctly, therefore are not true to size and when you go to return the items all of a sudden they are not returnable but no where on the order screen or the purchase screen did the item come up as clearance and not returnable. Their site also changes frequently when you are on it so beware. It costs more to return the incorrected sized items then it's worth, especially if you are in Canada. When you reach out to customer service they keep tell you to wait 12 hours to get a reply back and after 3 days and constant communication on how to wait, I just gave up. Never again will I order from them.”
“Please be aware that it takes a very long time to receive your order. The products are not as nice at the pictures represent and the quality is not that great. If something doesn't fit, then they charge 9.99 to return and they don't take everything back. They don't alert you to this fact until you try to return it. I suggest shopping some where else for these items.”
“Horrible company! I will never order anything from them again. I ordered several items to take on a two month trip but they were very late in being shipped so I sent several messages that I needed to have the product by a certain date. They told me it had been shipped but it had not been. I believe they then try to get it shipped but it was delivered too late to take off my trip. When it came I had to have my brother ship it to Florida so that I could see it in time to return it if it didn’t fit. By the time we went through this whole process it was past 30 days and they will not work with me under the circumstances to return or refund the products. Only 2 out of 6 items even fit and I followed their charts. I have tried and try to talk with them about the circumstances around this and they will not work with me. They obviously don’t care about their customers and their clothes are definitely not worth all this trouble. I would suggest you use another company and stay away from Rotita. I am out a lot of money, and they refuse to help me. NOT a company I will ever use again!!!!!!!”
“Oh I will gladly leave a review. This is the most Rude company i have ever has the displeasure of dealing with. Needed to send something back but it was about 4 days late due to personal circumstances I could not return any earlier. WELL the customer service has been utterly shocking anywhere else would have returned after I kindly asked as a once off but not these clowns oh no and you should see their emails not even proper english. The product was like a child's xize and quite frankly tat. I have stopped payments and taking steps to get my other money refunded. Avoid these clowns at all costs they actually told me I had not OBEYED there policy yet they didn't mind sending the order to me weeks late in the beginning!”
“I ordered 3 items to meet criteria for free shipping. They sent 2. I waited for 3 months, they created a "store credit" and credited me the amount fro the third item even though online it shows "in stock". I was told to just reorder it then with the credit but I would have to buy more to qualify for free shipping (which I already did in original order) or pay new shipping fees.”

As of today June 4, 2022 I have not received my items. I have a tracking number but the delivery facility is still waiting for my item to reach them so they can delivery my clothes.
