I never got any correspondence about my dress until it was delivered on April 14th. Today is April 16th and her dress is still not here! I would've expedited shipping but it was over $40. On top of that, my dress is too big and I ordered true to size. AND they are charging me s $9.99 fee to return it. I'll never order from this company again!”
“The quality of 2 out 3 shirts I purchased was poor. The company bared no responsibility for sending out a blouse that had material that was completely see through. Charged me $10 in shipping to return it, no matter what the problem was. The blouse weighed 2-3 oz. For some reason their website shows only positive reviews. If I had seen this company site, would not have ordered from them.”
“I’m wondering if this company is legitimate. I ordered a top and the quality was very poor. They don’t inform you that their returns have to be sent to the USA - so to track the parcel would have cost me half of the original price for the garment. So I sent it by the cheapest mail (£6) and the package was returned to me destroyed. - it looked like it had been melted. So I spent nearly £30 on an item I didn’t keep. I won’t buy from there again.”
“I ordered my stuff March 20. I paid for express shipping. Then I got a notice saying there was a delay in shipping due to a mother's day sale. The latest it was to arrive was March 13. They call this express shipping what a joke. Last time I order from this company ever. Oh and due to this huge sale why they cannot send my stuff. Eventually got a reply and they said I was too late to send back. I would be embarrassed to sell these dresses or give them to anyone so they will be going in the bin. Very disappointed. “Horrible on line business. Their return policy very awful. When I purchased the item, I paid for the shipping. After receiving the item I found out the quality of the material poor and the design doesn't match with the advertising picture. For this reason, I had to pay for the return shipping. When they made the return they deducted the initial shipping cost which I did pay. I found it to be very disappointing and urge to think twice before you make with them. “I received the item. It did not fit. They do not provide return info with the item, you need to request it via email. Even then, it does not come right away. It's supposed to come sometime and you have to keep checking. Mine never came. I watched for it. I later ask about it and they say now it's too late and showed me a cut and paste of the "email" they sent me. I sorted all emails from them and I did not have it. I sent all to them saying they never sent it. They will not make an exception and tell me too bad. They have they WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE.”

It was the return that was problematic. £23 to send to USA.”
“I wrote a review on their site and they removed it. The swimsuit I ordered was way to short in length and also the built in bra cups are to way to small. Not good swimsuits for plus size. Would never order from them again. I cut the swim bottoms off the swim dress and wear as a top only. Also the other one came with shorts that fit fine but the build in bra cups are to way. Have to be careful the girls stay in place.”
“I ordered a swim dress,when it arrived it was far to small and nothing like the size measurements in there Size chart, asked for a refund and was sent an address in America Evan tho it came from China, post office wanted £18.50 to return a swim dress that cost £27 so I would be worse off, contacted customer service and all I get is send it back for a refund, it's a scam they deliver for free ! but it costs more than the item to return, I will never use this company again.”
