“I really liked the items I bought. The craftsmanship was excellent. The materials were quite nice and the colours were vibrant. The sizing was true to the sizing chart. My only complaint is that they split my order and the top I ordered for New Year’s Eve did not make it in time. The first order arrived Dec 28th which would have been great the other Jan 11.”

The buttons are basically sewn on a shirt front (imagine buttons sewn down the front of a tee shirt). I decided to keep two and return two, but returns cost $9.99 for each label. I decided to cut my losses and donate the unacceptable ones. I will not order from them again.”

“Rotita as well as a few other companies (all of which I am sure are the same companies operating under different names) use the same shipping partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC. This company has no customer service at all. I have repeatedly asked Rotita to reach out to them no avail. The order in question was placed 12-2-22 and was told the latest day of receipt by me would be 12-24-22. Obviously this did not happen. It was an anklet, hat and shirt. The order placed after this one was already delivered. I have expressed multiple times that I believe this package to be lost as it has been in the same location being scanned multiple times for over 2 weeks.
Rotita owes me compensation for this frustrating experience.
