“I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I even (I think) spoke with a customer representative last week who assured me it would be shipped expediently. According to status, one week later order still in being prepped! At this point I only want my money back of which they happily took right away! No I am not happy with this site.”
“ordered tops for my wife for christmas, they were promised by dec 22. Items never arrived, so I contacted them, I was given a new date of Jan.8th. Jan 8 came and went, so I contacted them again, they said that item was out of stock, no date was given. At that point I cancelled the order, they tried to give me a store credit, absurd!! I requested a refund to my card, finally after a 10 day wait they did refund the card. I will not business with this company again. They give you such a come on, this percent off, even more off ,etc. But what good is it if you can't deliver.”
“The quality of the dress I ordered is really horrible. It is comparable to a Halloween Costume you buy in a temporary Halloween Store. It is not returnable and this is their out, so watch out! You will get the stuff you ordered, but the pictures are NOT what you get, and I am left having to donate what I bought and I don't think Goodwill will even take it. VERY poor quality clothing. Such a scam and so disappointed. I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake and literally donating money to Rotita.”
“I really liked the items I bought. The craftsmanship was excellent. The materials were quite nice and the colours were vibrant. The sizing was true to the sizing chart. My only complaint is that they split my order and the top I ordered for New Year’s Eve did not make it in time. The first order arrived Dec 28th which would have been great the other Jan 11.”

“Colors are great. The quality is poor. The clothes look fantastic in the photos. Not the same close up. The white shirt I ordered is unacceptably cheap looking. The buttons are basically sewn on a shirt front (imagine buttons sewn down the front of a tee shirt). I decided to keep two and return two, but returns cost $9.99 for each label. I decided to cut my losses and donate the unacceptable ones. I will not order from them again.”

This new date would have been too late! I replied to the email, and my order was processed the next day! I received my order in 6 days!”
“This company as well other companies such as Modlily are one and the same. I placed an order 12-2-22. Was told the order would arrive by 12-24-22 at the latest. I still don't have this package. It has been scanned in and out of the the same location in NJ for over a month. Customer service refuses to address the issue. Always generic answer of please wait you get order soon. RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE”
“I have been waiting for my package since the end of November. It is now 10th January. I have left numerous tickets & used the live chats. They haven't updated my tracking since 28th December. I have used this company & I liked the clothes, but never again. It is so stressful.
