“Sadly, I had to give a rating of at least 1 to post review. a negative 5 stars would be more accurate rating. All I can say is this company is a scam. First their sizing has something left to be desired. I sent back 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered and altered the 3rd one. I’m still trying after a month and a ½ to receive a refund. They never sent me notification that the order was being processed so I mistakenly ordered the same items a 2nd time. When I received the 1st order, I refused the second and they still haven’t given me the refund on that one either. I have talked to customer service (only on Chat of course) 4 or 5 times and keep getting the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

I asked for a return, recieved label and shipped same day item was recieved within a few days back ti company. they said they could not give return (full nor partial) due to the un new condition item was recieved back - ummmmm of course cause the quality (or lack of) material. Another item was canceled on their part due to be out of stock - i paid $40 for the item they only refunded $18.17 WHAT THE HECK! no explaination for why a partial refund for an item not even shipped on behalf of not being in stock”

“Ordered from company did receive merchandise. Returned items paid for the return myself with proof of delivery from USPS. Never received a refund they just kept asking the same four questions over and over even when I would respond each time with all the information from the 4 question they would ask. They would not process refund. They are a fraud do not use them. Turned them into FTC, Paypal and my credit card company. I encourage anyone doing business with them if they have comitted fraud against you to open a case with the Federal Trade Commission or your State Governor Office and get them banned from doing business here.”

“Purchased three blouses, which was delivered faster than time they said. Sizes were wrong and very poor Quality. Requested a return and was sent a label. Received an email stating the blouses were stained, which is not correct. Responded to email to let them know , that when they were shipped there was no stains at all on any of them. It has been a month and have not received an email nor my refund. I should have went with my gut and not ordered from this Company. Very disappointed.”

Rotita only has a script when they respond to you so nothing gets resolved. They also delete bad ratings on their website. I do like the shirt I purchased but will not be doing any further business with them.”

They are REFUSING to give any form of reimbursement for return I had to pay for in addition to the fact they require a tracking number. They NOW have a different way of doing returns. But the following is what pops up when you request a return. But they will not honor giving you a refund for shipping. YET, because of the tracking number, it cost me $14.90. But they won't even honor the $7.99. I have the scanned image to prove it and sent it to them too. But to no avail.

“These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.”
