I have been trying to get a refund for over 35 days and still have not received one. I returned the items I bought which were the wrong size, over a month ago.

I ordered a grey and black mens bathing suit and after about 2 months of using it, I noticed the color started to change to a red tint. I contacted customer support. They responded that it's been over the 90 day return policy and would not help. Well it took 30 days of the 90 to receive the item. Poor customer service. They just don't back up there pruducts.

Ordered swimsuit, using PayPal. I attempted contacting both when item was not received after several months. Got the rub-a-round from both. “Too bad; so sad”. Item not received after 5 mo; no refund from PayPal. BAD BUSINESSES-DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible quality of the tops, feels like wearing plastic although the photos look so promising! I returned them instantly, paid for the return shipping and although they have received everything and have promised 14 times ever since I have been in the live-chats with them (over a span of three months now) they would return the money within days. Nothing has ever posted on my card, so I have filed a dispute now.

Sadly, I had to give a rating of at least 1 to post review. a negative 5 stars would be more accurate rating. All I can say is this company is a scam. First their sizing has something left to be desired. I sent back 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered and altered the 3rd one. I’m still trying after a month and a ½ to receive a refund. They never sent me notification that the order was being processed so I mistakenly ordered the same items a 2nd time. When I received the 1st order, I refused the second and they still haven’t given me the refund on that one either. I have talked to customer service (only on Chat of course) 4 or 5 times and keep getting the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

VERY low quality products. ordered a dress that started to fray within 3 hours of wearing it to work. I asked for a return, recieved label and shipped same day item was recieved within a few days back ti company. they said they could not give return (full nor partial) due to the un new condition item was recieved back - ummmmm of course cause the quality (or lack of) material. Another item was canceled on their part due to be out of stock - i paid $40 for the item they only refunded $18.17 WHAT THE HECK! no explaination for why a partial refund for an item not even shipped on behalf of not being in stock

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Their return policy is madness. I don't know how they stay in business. I recieved damaged item and they want me to take a picture of it so they can determine what? I have been waiting their mandatory 48 hours for a return label..........unbelievable. There is no customer service number only chat or email! Not quality items either.

Ordered from company did receive merchandise. Returned items paid for the return myself with proof of delivery from USPS. Never received a refund they just kept asking the same four questions over and over even when I would respond each time with all the information from the 4 question they would ask. They would not process refund. They are a fraud do not use them. Turned them into FTC, Paypal and my credit card company. I encourage anyone doing business with them if they have comitted fraud against you to open a case with the Federal Trade Commission or your State Governor Office and get them banned from doing business here.

i'm seeing the exact same reviews about another chinese company, NEWCHIC. we all should read reviews first just to see if it's a chinese company and stay the heck away from that sorry country.

Purchased three blouses, which was delivered faster than time they said. Sizes were wrong and very poor Quality. Requested a return and was sent a label. Received an email stating the blouses were stained, which is not correct. Responded to email to let them know , that when they were shipped there was no stains at all on any of them. It has been a month and have not received an email nor my refund. I should have went with my gut and not ordered from this Company. Very disappointed.

Please know that you are dealing with a Chinese company. They are scammers. I ordered 2 bathing suits in May. Do yourself a favor and file a complaint with your credit card company. I have done this today with all of my emails of trying to get refund.

ordered 2 swim dresses they are horrible, almost down to my knees they are much too big. bottoms are smaller than a bikini, not what they advertised. cannot get through them to return. I will never order from them again. I consider my order a total loss of $55. Do yourself a favor and save youself a lot of aggravation and do not order from them.

I ordered two swimsuits on May 22, 2020. It is now July 28th and tracking still has my order in China. I tried canceling the order and getting my money back awhile ago but they said they can’t refund until I return the order. The order that I am still waiting for! A warning to the wise don’t do business with this company. I pretty much am putting this up as a total loss because I don’t count on getting my order or my money back.

These people are good at taking orders and getting paid but apparently don't believe in delivery. Ordered in Feb. No delivery as of late July. Last contact I made in mid July was told order was in LA give it a few more days. Tracking still shows it in China.

I ordered 3 very colorful blouses and I was pleasantly surprised, all the colors were vibrant, like the photos. Lots of compliments, especially about colors. It's coming from Shanghai so it does take a few weeks, but I expected that. Note, Chinese ladies are shorter and not as fat as American ladies so I'm 5'9 and 150# so even though the first 3 ordered were L, I ordered XL so they were a flower, looser fit. I just hope these aren't made in a sweatshop...

I ordered from this company and haven't received it yet. Just went on web site and found all reviews (not good) also found they come from China. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM order from USA.

I wished I’d seen all the reviews before I purchased from Rotita. I even paid extra for speedy processing and delivery but still don’t have my order before my trip. They do not respond to emails. I will be disputing my purchases with my bank and hopefully get my money back. I would give zero stars for this company.

I ordered a shirt paid in full, shirt never arrived . There is no way to contact nor track because the website does not let you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
