I have reached out to customer service 5 times and they say the same thing "It's been shipped and we will direct your complaint to the correct department. We also have updated your shipping and you will get it in 3 to 4 business days" LIARS!!!! According to tracking a shipping label has been made and thats it. The label has sat in the city of Compton for over a month. This company sucks”
“It was my first purchase at Rotita.com. The quality of swimming suite fabric was poor and cheap. The fit is bad as well. The return is difficult. The return policy is 30 days from delivery. I was not able to return on 30st days. It looks like the company is in different continent with 12+ hours time difference from my local time. They charge for shipping when you purchase and they charge for shipping when you return. Do not recommend. I am very disappointed.”

“Totally steer clear of this company. They are from China and expect you to send returns to America. The cost to return items is phenomenal and then there are customs duty on top of that. By the time you get your refund there is hardly any money left for them to pay you. The items are nowhere near as good as they are made out to be and I am sure a lot of the good reviews must be fake ones. If I could I would give no stars but that is not an option unfortunately.”

They gave me the sale price when I returned it plus charged me shipping fee which I paid for sending it. Never will deal with them again, plus the quality of the swimsuit was like garbage. “Ordered 4 shirts and a jumpsuit. I am size 14 but ordered size L wich said size 14/16. Order was here fast but the sizes are wrong, didn't fit any of them, and the one that fit me is such a poor quality for the price it was. I prefer to order at Shein because then you get for the price you pay. When I went to the post office I had to pay $65 to return all my items, so I didn't return them. Clients shouldn't have to pay for returning items they are not happy with. Never will Order there again.”

“Company is pretty much a fraud. Incorrect billing, non-existent customer service, and bad sizing of items. If I could think of something good to say about them I wouldn't be here typing this. As for the follow up questions you can't communicate with the company, they don't ever respond to inquiries and if they have customer service it's well hidden.”

“I lost $100.00 with this company. Don't drink the cool-aid. Customer service is non existent, I wanted to return there bathing suits and they refuse to send a return label. When I did aske for one the auto response offered me 40% of my money back, plus, I have to pay for shipping. Which defeats the purpose. Now, I have merchandise that doesn't even look like the picture and there too small. all i wanted was to exchange for bigger size. I was willing to deal with the ugly material. There return policy is awful and I wouldn't be surprised if they write there own reviews. Be very careful with this company and there policy. You'll never see your money on returns.”
