“I have order this year 5 bathing and 2 tops from Rotito. I returned 1 top and 1 swim suit because they were to large. I tried them on , put them back in the bag they came in and returned. They gave me a credit of of only 10.00. The 2 items totaled 57.00. I was leery about ordering from Rotito because of possible return, but the first few items fit well so quit worrying and ordered more.
When you spend that kind of money and you know you returned the product in perfect condition it’s time to find another company that values you as a customer and doesn’t try to scam you.”
“I ordered two bathing suits, and they changed my ship date stating they could not ship it out for 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund, and was told that they would credit my account with them to use for future purchases. Again, I had to tell them I wanted a refund to my Paypal account which was my original payment method. No response, I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my refund of $68.11. Total scam company, do not buy from them! They take your money and run”

“I received the items but they were really poor quality, just a cheap sheet of material sewn together. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me around £8 of a total of £150 purchases. I told them not a chance and I will pay to send back via tracked and signed for. They said they needed the tracking number and copy of receipt (which I gave them) to refund me, 7 month on still not got my refund. What a scam. Please do not order from these people, the items look great online but you will be very disappointed with what arrives”
“May be a 1 if this whatever is lucky. I purchased 2 different outfits and one returned to factory but the other on its way. Never seen the refund on the one sent back. Oh wait it gets credits to who knows where. Then I get email 20% off well, haven’t even the first order and shafted on the second order. Not sure who these people are but no more money from me. I live in a tight fixed income and then I like a fool trusted this dam website and I should have went with my gut feelings and never bought anything. My opinion don’t waste your money.”

They don’t tell you that your refund is kept in rotita until you reorder if you want a refund you pay another 15% for them to return I received £30 9 pence from my order it cost me£13.25 to try a swimsuit on and return it”

Here is the response I recieved: We have received the returned clothing item, unfortunately, it doesn't meet all of our return criteria (unworn, without stains, and undamaged). We are unable to process a refund for this return. This is ridiculous since it was only worn for 1 minute. If you think you may have to return an item, do not buy from this company.”

“Ordered bathing suit top. Didn’t realize it was on clearance. I received the top and the hooks in the back are complicated and loose. One big ocean wave and it will come undone. Very hard to hook top by yourself. Find out no refunds or exchanges on clearance so you’re stuck with a $35 dollar bathing suit top. I don’t recommend buying from them.”
