They don’t tell you that your refund is kept in rotita until you reorder if you want a refund you pay another 15% for them to return I received £30 9 pence from my order it cost me£13.25 to try a swimsuit on and return it”

Here is the response I recieved: We have received the returned clothing item, unfortunately, it doesn't meet all of our return criteria (unworn, without stains, and undamaged). We are unable to process a refund for this return. This is ridiculous since it was only worn for 1 minute. If you think you may have to return an item, do not buy from this company.”

Very hard to hook top by yourself. Find out no refunds or exchanges on clearance so you’re stuck with a $35 dollar bathing suit top. I don’t recommend buying from them.”

“Do not purchase from this company. My order arrived a week after the event I needed the outfits for. They refunded store credit when specifically asked for my money to be returned to me. And there is no way to contact them…only live chat. When you give a bad review …the agent asks why?? And at times it’s like you are speaking to a Bot. All responses seem computer generated. It was my first and last order with this company. Key to great customer service = 1 customer can tell 10 plus people about experience and it can help your company or not. I think everyone can tell how I feel about Rotita. And to top it off the clothes were low quality and cheaply made. Save yourself time and frustration.”
