“Ordered 4 shirts and a jumpsuit. I am size 14 but ordered size L wich said size 14/16. Order was here fast but the sizes are wrong, didn't fit any of them, and the one that fit me is such a poor quality for the price it was. I prefer to order at Shein because then you get for the price you pay. When I went to the post office I had to pay $65 to return all my items, so I didn't return them. Clients shouldn't have to pay for returning items they are not happy with. Never will Order there again.”

As for the follow up questions you can't communicate with the company, they don't ever respond to inquiries and if they have customer service it's well hidden.”
