“I purchased five bathing suits from Rotita 5/4/20. Finally received them 7/6/20. I don't know whose bathing suites they were, but not my size and not what I ordered. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to return them to no avail. Very frustrating!!! Do no buy from them!!!”
“Don’t expect to receive a free return shipping label for your first purchase as advertised. Don’t bother “chatting” with them. Rotita only has a script when they respond to you so nothing gets resolved. They also delete bad ratings on their website. I do like the shirt I purchased but will not be doing any further business with them.”

They are REFUSING to give any form of reimbursement for return I had to pay for in addition to the fact they require a tracking number. They NOW have a different way of doing returns. But the following is what pops up when you request a return. But they will not honor giving you a refund for shipping. YET, because of the tracking number, it cost me $14.90. But they won't even honor the $7.99. I have the scanned image to prove it and sent it to them too. But to no avail.
Return Conditions:
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

“These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.”

“Ordered in April and still have not received my products. They issue a shipping label and tracking number right away and charge your credit card but you will never receive anything. I've had two responses from them where they asked for more time and re-issued new tracking information again. I've disputed this with my credit card company. These people are CROOKS!”

Called and they have a no refund policy and gave us a credit . 3 weeks later, we called to order other items, they said they could not find any credit for us. Communication was then severed with absolutely no help. Take your money out back and burn it in a pile and you will at least get some heat. PATHETIC CROOKS”

The tops did not fit well so now I'm out the money and the merchandise because it was mailed back.”
