“ I ordered $74 worth of merchandise in April of 2024. I have never received it and numerous emails to the company have been fruitless. Now they are saying that they can’t do anything about it. All attempts to receive a refund have been ignored. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I am appalled at how this company does business! ”

“ BUYER BEWARE. The item was too large and it smelled horrible. I tried to return in, and Rotita would not give me a refund for the returned item. They will only give you a store credit. I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. ”

“ I ordered 2 items, tried them on for 1 minute and returned them. Here is the response I recieved: We have received the returned clothing item, unfortunately, it doesn't meet all of our return criteria (unworn, without stains, and undamaged). We are unable to process a refund for this return. This is ridiculous since it was only worn for 1 minute. If you think you may have to return an item, do not buy from this company. ”

“ I returned in perfect condition two outfits that didn’t fit totaling $84. I get notification they’ll give me a $10 store credit! I was LIVID. How many people have they ripped off bc they’re in Hongkong and can? Do NOT water your money. If you do, do NOT send anything back expecting a refund. They are CRIMINALS ”
