“I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Customer service there was the WORST I have ever experienced. Tina from Rotita said they would issue a store credit. The online chat rep Clara asked me to wait "1 business day" because I was still waiting for it. But also asked 3x's to give her a "thumbs up" rating. When I never got it after waiting the 1 business day, she then said" It was over 30 days and they are not sending it! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THE WORST EVER!! This was sent to the BBB and I will be sure to leave reviews everywhere and tell everyone I know. WORD of mouth is HUGE in the US. THIS IS A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! They have a 1 star rating on BBB”
