“If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a sweater and leggings in the October. We are going on almost 2 months now without a delivery. I have reached out to customer service 5 times and they say the same thing "It's been shipped and we will direct your complaint to the correct department. We also have updated your shipping and you will get it in 3 to 4 business days" LIARS!!!! According to tracking a shipping label has been made and thats it. The label has sat in the city of Compton for over a month. This company sucks”
“It was my first purchase at Rotita.com. The quality of swimming suite fabric was poor and cheap. The fit is bad as well. The return is difficult. The return policy is 30 days from delivery. I was not able to return on 30st days. It looks like the company is in different continent with 12+ hours time difference from my local time. They charge for shipping when you purchase and they charge for shipping when you return. Do not recommend. I am very disappointed.”
