“I placed an order and cancelled it on the same day, i got confirmation and said they would refund my money. The next day I got an email saying it was too late to cancel and my items had already shipped. Tried to dispute this with pay pal and they are siding with the seller.”
“I didn't order from Rotita. However, looking at the photos of what they offer, it's identical to Zulily which is where I did order, also a Chinese company. Would never order from them again. Sizes are not comparable to their charts. The order came very large. Was given a refund to be applied to another order. Did order another in different size (smaller) same issue. The colors on fabric are not quite what is shown in photo. Since they didn't refund money, only in new orders, would never order from them again. Would also stay away from any such company showing these designs. I'm inclined to believe it's all the same owner.”

“The top I ordered was nothing like the picture. It’s very difficult to work out how to return items from the website and eventually spoke to someone on live chat after emailing and following return procedure with no success. The return had to go back to USA no label provided and you have to pay the postage. They refunded me half the price of the garment telling me to keep it. I will be giving it to the charity shop”

About to just cancel the order. Rotita is obviously a foreign company. Customer service responses are written in broken English.
