“I lost $100.00 with this company. Don't drink the cool-aid. Customer service is non existent, I wanted to return there bathing suits and they refuse to send a return label. When I did aske for one the auto response offered me 40% of my money back, plus, I have to pay for shipping. Which defeats the purpose. Now, I have merchandise that doesn't even look like the picture and there too small. all i wanted was to exchange for bigger size. I was willing to deal with the ugly material. There return policy is awful and I wouldn't be surprised if they write there own reviews. Be very careful with this company and there policy. You'll never see your money on returns.”
“I would give them no stars if that were an option. I really liked Rotita until they made a mistake with one of my orders which normally wouldn't bother me because we all make mistakes. I have contacted them several times about the wrong item and the ordered item I did not receive. Each time I have been in contact they have assured me the issue will be taken care of. I have yet to see a refund or the correct item sent. During live chats they basically just give lip service without actually correcting they issue. They tell you all will be made right and then do nothing. I will not be ordering from this company again because of their horrible customer service. It really saddens me because I really liked their clothes”
