Every delivery is partial, and it takes up to a month to receive an order.

Shysters. Poor quality clothing. Exchanging for other items costs more. Never buy from them again. Don't you do it either. They stink. :(

Hi I have just yesterday received my 3 pairs of togs.. they look so lovely and quality looks good. Unfortunately the bottoms fit beautifully but the tops are too small.. Am I able to split the tops and bottoms so can keep the bottoms and swap the tops for a larger size? AND do I return togs to the NSW sender address on my parcel? I live in NSW so would be very convenient.. Look forward to hearing back from you re the best way to sort this out asap please Thanks so much , Brenda

I purchased 3 new bathing suits and I did NOT like the way any of them fit. Just did not look good on. Now I'm back from vacay, did not wear any of them. Put on an old one instead. Now I must find out how to return them.

My return is a nightmare. The site spinning around sending my code to set password but brings me to place where I cannot set password. Vicious cycle going around and around. Still not resolved

No problem with the quality of the swimmers, just lovely. The built-in bra cups are not designed for 'large' bust. This is often the case with many types of clothing, and is a source of ongoing disappointment trying to manipulate an ample bosom into an egg cup.

Lack of communication on the company’s part. Ordered items for a holiday. Took over a month for them to ship the items. Items that I ordered said they were in stock but when ordered and paid for. The items weren’t available. I’ve ordered from them before and was disappointed. So shame on me for giving them another chance. Will not order from them again.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I even (I think) spoke with a customer representative last week who assured me it would be shipped expediently. According to status, one week later order still in being prepped! At this point I only want my money back of which they happily took right away! No I am not happy with this site.

Colors are great. The quality is poor. The clothes look fantastic in the photos. Not the same close up. The white shirt I ordered is unacceptably cheap looking. The buttons are basically sewn on a shirt front (imagine buttons sewn down the front of a tee shirt). I decided to keep two and return two, but returns cost $9.99 for each label. I decided to cut my losses and donate the unacceptable ones. I will not order from them again.

So far, so bad! My order confirmation indicated that my order would ship no later than December 7. After repeated contacts, each getting a response of "wait a little longer", I finally got an email saying my new ship data is December 24. Definitely too late for Christmas presents, if it even ships by then, I'm not holding my breath. I hope the product is worth the wait, but I'm not optimistic about that either.

The dresses are really beautiful and it’s not really expensive. What I hate about this company it takes entirely too long to receive your items. I placed my order May 7, 2022. As of today June 4, 2022 I have not received my items. I have a tracking number but the delivery facility is still waiting for my item to reach them so they can delivery my clothes. It’s really ridiculous.

I measured the usual areas of my body, checked the sizes and bought 2 dresses. They were too big. Ordered smaller sizes. It was the return that was problematic. £23 to send to USA.

I have ordered a few things from this company. The first time I did not like anything so they let me keep it at a discounted price. I ordered again and it took forever to get here, and was not that impressed. The last time ordered I wanted to return one item, but this has been a nightmare, not to mention having to pay for shipping and getting inaccurate information on how to return it. Also, if you live in Canada, you need to return it to the US and Canada Post will not accept the parcel unless you fill out a customs form online first. I am so frustrated with this return that I will just keep it and probably never wear it. The reviews are accurate in saying that 99% of what is shown on their website does not look the same when you get it and many of the products are cheaply made. I will never order from them again and I told them this.

Order # ww2102270151386302 was my order. I did receive them in a timely manner but the quality was poor. The fabric was cheap and sure did not look as vibrant as the colors shown on the models. I got what I paid for unfortunately and threw them in the drawer to only wear in my backyard at my personal pool. Will not make the mistake again. We are also tired of our email being constantly blown up with advertising. Please stop. Susan E.

I have decided NOT to order from this company again. I ordered my tops early Feb 2020. Received an email that my order was shipped on Feb 22. On March 14th I had to contact the company to explain why I still had not received my order. They did respond on March 15th that my shipping was still in process. Duh, I figured that! I received my order April 4th. I had no idea the clothes were coming all the way from China on the SLOW boat! The tops were as expected but the cost versus the delay is just not worth it to me. I hate to think how difficult it will be to return something and get reimbursed. Just not worth the aggravation. Plus, I hate to say it. After the lies China has told about the Coronavirus Pandemic, I am boycotting all things Made in China!!! Sorry for the citizens but their government is to blame.
